This is a super gem of a shop based in Silbury Boulevard in Milton Keynes. Since they opened up two years ago, it has saved the team and I countless long journeys to their London HQ. The team here at Wex Photo Video have taken care of me as a customer and purchases have been sent in a timely manner with a minimum of fuss. Email enquiries have been answered within 24 hours. A very professional company that works with its customers to get what they need! Plenty of parking available and if on the train it’s only like a short 5 min walk. Overall a great service compared to other camera suppliers I’ve used in the UK, highly recommend them and see you soon!

I Love this store and the staff. Very helpful and the shop had the camera I wanted in stock. I spoke to James the manager and he was very knowledgeable about what I wanted. Highly recommend taking to him if you need help with what Canon camera to buy. The other staff were also great. The older staff member there was very funny. I Love having a camera shop back in Milton Keynes. Great job guys

Fantastic service from James today. We went in with lots of questions and only a vague idea of what we wanted. James compared all the models we were interested in and gave a valuable advice on what was right for us as a business. He recommended cheaper alternatives with great advice that higher resolution is not always better! At no point did we feel rushed even though the store was busy and we walked away completely kitted out. I've been in this store a few times and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Will also be making use of the 30 minute walk through that comes with purchase which I think is a great service for Wex to offer.

Excellent store with plenty of new and used equipment. I travelled a distance to MK especially to get good help as I had previously had brilliant help in London from Calumet. And I got very helpful advice from John in the store; we spent an hour trying out and discussing equipment and eventually I made a purchase which I am very pleased with. Visited this store for the first time today having seen them online. Loved the store itself bright, spacious and full of everything I wanted to see. James looked after me and he was fantastic. I felt confident that he understood what I wanted to achieve from anything I purchased. James showed me multiple options and options within options responding to all the questions I had ( and I had a lot) allowing me to leave with much greater clarity about what I want, the costs and how I will choose. Really friendly and helpful. I came away with information to ponder overnight. I will go back and buy from them. Great experience overall and worth the drive.
