A very friendly and helpful member of staff called nichola served me and she talked about the different picture sizes and picture frames and then helped me take them off my phone to print out I would highly recommend going to that store

I have been in this shop many times. The lady who has been there in the ship has always been really helpful and friendly. My recent experience made me appreciate her even more. I had recently lost my dogs . I had decided to get pictures of him printed off. She noticed I was upset and couldn't do enough to help and comfort. Even though the shop was really busy being near Christmas and all she was brilliant. She is a huge asset to the company and should be recognised for her management and caring skills. I just wish I had taken her name so I could praise her personally. The lady has tattoos on her arms if that helps you recognise her hehe. Thanks again for your support xxx

Great amenities. Easy to use machine for printing from phone, card, etc. Great quality photos from machine. Lots of picture frames for sale. Staff not too terribly over-joyed to be there, but still helpful. Also have a little corner for photoshoots that looks really cute.

Only ever been to this store once to renew my passport mugshots. Great service from Sharon without a doubt. I was straight in the chair, DSLR at the ready and two photos were taken. These were validated immediately on the 'net (to check they meet the requirements) in house, then four 'old fashioned' prints plus a code for online use was handed to me. My photos are stored in the cloud for thirty days so I have thirty days to complete my passport application online using the code provided for upload. Alternatively, bring your expired passport in and the store will fill out the web stuff for you! £12 for my photos today.
