From point of first contact to customer service, communication and delivery, these guys hit the mark. if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Compared to other camera companies in the UK, which I won't mention that extra attention to detail and response time is spot on. Joe has helped me out throughout the entire process of purchasing equipment, guidance and non biased advice, If you need a service that hands down beats everyone else CameraCentreUK are the ones, Purchase through their website or through amazon, you certainly won't be disappointed.

Great service and very honest. Took my Canon SLR in as it wasn't reading the card. I also asked if they could service it. Joe took a look, fixed the problem there and then, checked the camera through and said it didn't need anything doing to it. No charge as it was a simple fix (simple to him, but it needed his knowledge to know what to do)

These guys are the real deal! They are friendly, helpful, and passionate about what they do. This is what customer service is supposed to look like. I sometimes stop by just for a friendly chat about anything to do with photography. If you get the chance stop by to get your photography needs sorted.

I then went back and placed my first order with him. I told him my concerns as I live so far away from their store but within 2 days my order arrived. I purchased a Sony mirrorless camera along with several lenses and accessories from Camera Centre online, and the customer service was exceptional. Joe was very helpful in answering my queries, even price matching the camera and recommending what I needed to get started. One minor item was missing in the delivery, but upon contacting their store over the phone, this was quickly sorted out and I received the item very swiftly in the post. I would not hesitate to recommend Camera Centre if you are looking to buy a new camera (or indeed any photography equipment) for their competitive pricing and excellent customer service.

For such a small shop they don't just have cameras they sell drones and a lot of camera accessories if your after a lense they have a huge supply in shop or they can get normally with in a day or two the staff are realy helpful and give you good advice. Be caerfull parking is a nightmare and traffic wardens are constantly prowling I think the shop is worth a visit for sure

Even though these guys are in my home town today was my 1st visit & must say I was very impressed. Very warm, friendly approach by the staff made me feel at ease. Competitive price's & a much better experience than shopping online, talked me through my needs & gave me options with no sale pressure which is what I like. I hate it when you get a pushy sales person that makes you feel stupid, & these guys were far from that, offering tips & advice instead. 10 out 10 from me today & will be a returning customer & would definitely recommend.

Rang Camera Centre UK today as an off chance as my Digital Camera packed in.. I delt with Joe told him I wanted the same Brand.. And fairplay the boy check if he had any in stock and unfortunately with were all out.. he's said hold fire n I'll check our Cardiff Branch.. 5-10 mins late he said I can have an ex demo one here for around 1 2 o'clock so I cracked a deal over the fone.. just gone 12 he rang to say the Camera has arrived.. These guys are simply amazing..the level of service and professionalism they provided is exactly why we need places like these on our high streets. They helped salvage a 2hr trip to Newport Passport Office by editing the photos to ensure they meet the government guidelines. We are not local but from what it looks like they seem to do most things from film processing and printing to some editing and of course retail of kit. I wanted two Sigma lenses for my Panasonic M43 cameras. I looked on line at various sites and came across the Camera Centre at Newport. The person with whom I dealt - Ollie, I believe - was courteous and very helpful. He price matched the two items, gave me a good price on two filters and the postage was free. He promised to post them on Monday and suggested they might be here Tuesday or the middle of the week. They came Tuesday, together with the receipt and were well packed. I was very impressed with the service and would certainly contact them again before purchasing from another provider.

I was having difficulty sourcing a 3 Legged Thing Airhed 1 ball head in black. Camera Centre UK web site listed it, although their eBay page showed only the blue version. I phoned their Cardiff branch on Sunday - was told that they thought the Newport branch might have one black Airhed 1 left, but couldn't be sure because they were in the middle of changing stock control systems and Newport branch is not open on Sunday. Phoned Newport branch on Monday afternoon - Ollie checked his stock system and couldn't find any. But he asked me to hold while he went and looked in the stock room - where he found one left! Dispatched to me immediately and delivered first thing on Tuesday morning. Brilliant service - and a great piece of kit too.
