T.Having wandered around several wedding fairs we were beginning to get a bit worried about finding a photographer for our Spring wedding - many stands resembling school photos than the more artistic shots that we had set our hearts on. However as soon as we saw Chris's stand and approached him we knew that he was the perfect person to capture our day.
We had fantastic fun on a practice photo shoot up on The Needles before the wedding and it was lovely to have pictures to display which were not all of us in suit and white dress! Over a course of meetings we found Chris exceptionally easy to talk to and we felt that he understood exactly what it was that we were hoping for. On the day Chris continued to impress us, ensuring that he captured all the shots that we hoped for without being intrusive. Family and friends all commented on how nice it was not to be ordered around by the photographer, instead capturing much more natural shots.
Chris turned the many hundred pictures around quickly and we were stunned by the amazing quality of what he had taken, from clever reflections in puddles to capturing details of the wedding that could so easily have been missed. We must also add that he also took the more traditional group shots which were also excellent. Every time we look at the pictures we are reminded of a wonderful day - I know that we will treasure those photos forever.
We really could not recommend him more highly!
V. B.When we started planning our wedding we knew exactly what we wanted in terms of our photos, the challenge was finding a photographer who could capture that for us. As soon as we saw Chris' website, we knew he was the photographer for us.
From the first meeting, everything went like clockwork - his planning was thoughtful and unobtrusive. In fact, he also introduced us to our excellent florist. On the day he had prepared for everything and was endlessly good tempered and helpful. Most importantly, the photos were stunning. Chris captured a perfect record of our day for us to keep for ever. We knew early on in our planning that we weren't having a traditional wedding and wanted photography that would reflect this and be a pictorial record of the day. S. M.From the very start Chris was amazing, he suggested some exciting ways to do some creative wedding shots that I had been keen to get.
On the day Chris knew exactly what was happening and who to talk to to arrange what we needed. I was also keen to get a lot of relaxed or less posed shots which Chris captured better than I imagined, when we look at the photos it captures the atmosphere of the day perfectly. Everyone has commented how fantastic the photos are and how great Chris was on the day, I would definitely recommend Chris!

M. J.I can't recommend Chris enough, I was expecting a fair few photos that we wouldn't like out of all of them but I can honestly say there wasn't one! He fitted in with our relaxed atmosphere and understood what we wanted from our less traditional big day. Most of the time we forgot he was there which in turn created many natural shots and captured the day. Really impressed and wouldn't hesitate to use him for anything else in the future.
