Chris is an amazing photographer with a friendly, relaxed approach. Nothing is too much trouble for him and we were so happy with our wedding photographs. Chris was such an incredible photographer! From guiding us through a lovely relaxed engagement shoot, to helping us get used to having photos taken, to being super supportive and communicative in the lead up to the big day! When we learnt close to our day that our chapel would be covered in scaffolding Chris was right there with reassurance and ideas of other places for photos if needed. On the day itself Chris worked so hard, we had a very energetic wedding, dancing from one venue to the other and Chris kept up with our pace all day! The photos are just incredible, Chris captured all the little fantastic details, reactions, hugs and kisses. We contacted Chris to cover our wedding in Norwich on 10th May. He was absolutely superb and we cannot be more delighted with the results of the day. His photographers were absolutely first class. What makes a huge difference is the service he provided after the wedding. They included all the photo's taken sent to us on disk, an amazing photo album and more high res pics after. There isn't a better wedding photographer out there!

Booking Chris as our wedding photographer was one of the best decisions I made whilst planning our wedding. From the way he popped round for a cup of tea to chat through the shots we wanted beforehand, to how he fitted in perfectly on the day. Friends have often commented to me about how their wedding photos "took ages" or "were stressful". Chris's calm, relaxed professionalism meant that on the day we hardly even noticed we were being photographed, which also resulted in some of the most natural and beautiful moments captured in the pictures that i've ever seen. I needed a music video shot, short notice, for a project involving the Eurovision Song Contest. Just one conversation with Chris a couple of days prior and he completely understood what I needed, wanted and threw some brilliant ideas in the mix. I was a little anxious about the shoot, but within 30 seconds of seeing Chris and his brilliant assistant on location I felt relaxed, confident and excited to be working alongside someone so creative and skilled. Not only have I got a high quality, finished product that I'm thrilled with, I also have great memories of the shoot which included lots of laughing and fun! I'm a keen amateur photographer myself, with 15 years experience and a long-time interest in strobist style creative lighting, so when we were looking for a wedding photographer we had very high standards. We were delighted to find Chris who seemed like he could deliver the mix of creatively lit portraits, and beautiful natural-light candid/reportage style photos of the rest of the day outside of the time allocated to group shots - his website and sample images were all positive signs so we went ahead and made contact. We found Chris to be professional and helpful throughout the process starting wtih the initial consultation and booking. He arrived early on the day, and blended in unobtrusively, getting lots of great shots of us and our guests throughout the arrival at the venue - we especially appreciated the very nice results he got during the ceremony despite being put in a difficult spot by the venue staff, shooting into strong backlighting without being able to use flash, he coped very well and we have really nice photos of that part of the day despite the tough conditions. He continued to work tirelessly at the reception and helped manage and organise the group shots without being too pushy, but helpfully taking some of the organising workload off of us. He worked the full agreed time plus a little more and we felt we got value for money and a professional service. He ended up delivering (promptly) a really great set of photos, along with a DVD slideshow, at a very reasonable price. Although he can provide additional services like printed albums in addition to digital files, he made no attempts to upsell us to any extras which we didn't want and we appreciated that. We'd have no hesitation recommending him to friends - his samples are entirely representative of the kind of quality you can expect in your finished photos and whether you like his strobist work, more traditional natural light photos, or a mixture of both he can deliver it.
