After a few re-scheduled appointments due to COVID we recently met Vicki for our 'newborn' photoshoot with our not so little one year old. Vicki was amazing throughout the entire process, keeping us updated with re-scheduling appointments and adapting the shoot from a newborn shoot to an older baby shoot. The studio is lovely, warm, comfortable and very relaxing. Vicki is so kind and friendly and the entire shoot felt really relaxed and natural. As a result she has captured such beautiful images that we will cherish forever. Vicki knew just how to make our little one feel relaxed and how to really capture the best images of her just being herself. Thank you very much!

I’ve had 2 fantastic sessions at Pennycress Photography with my daughter now and Vicki was just amazing on both shoots. I ended up buying the entire set of images on both as I loved the results so much (my favourite shot ever is even my Google profile pic!). She was great with my daughter, who on the second shoot was 2 years old (very difficult age to direct!) and has some gorgeous props and styling ideas. She was even open to me bringing my own props and worked to capture some very specific ideas I had. Would highly recommend for gorgeous, light, airy and natural images. ❤️

We have booked our little girl in for 3 shoots with Vicki and I am over the moon with what she captures each time. Being a photographer myself one of the most important things to me is the quality of what Vicki produces and her images and editing is simply stunning. She captured our newborn shoot images and was really flexible even at Christmas time when my little girl was 2 weeks late! I will treasure these images forever and have several up at home. Investing in Vicki’s shoots is one of the best decisions I have ever made. My little girl is now almost three and she will never be that tiny baby, or even cute crawler again. I have used Pennycress twice, once when my twins were 14 months and recently and they are now 3. Both sessions were relaxed from the get go. You feel so comfortable and Vicki settles them in so well allowing them to explore the props and studio to feel at ease. The studio and props are gorgeous and natural. Vicki is a pro and is so good with the babies/children. The photos are just incredible and amazing quality. Could not recommend more x

We’ve been back to Vicki three times now...we had a newborn shoot for each of our sons, and then a one year shoot with our second son just a few weeks ago. We received our photos today, after much excited anticipation, and they are beautiful! As expected! Vicki is friendly, creating a lovely calm and quiet atmosphere, and knows exactly the type of poses she hopes to achieve with each shoot. The photos can be enlarged to make excellent quality professional wall prints, and those all important prints for the grandparents. Now we just have to decide which ones to print - we are spoilt for choice! And will be returning again in the future I’m sure. Thanks again Vicki x

We have had a few photoshoots as a family and I cannot fault the professionalism we experienced. My newborn session was booked in and my baby ended up being nearly 2 weeks late but Vicki still managed to fit us in afterwards. You'd think it would be hard to photograph a newborn but Vicki makes it look effortless. I have since had another shoot where my daughter was older and even though you'd think having an awake child would make things more difficult we got some beautiful photos. The studio is clean, spacious, warm and very welcoming. The photos are always of such a high standard and Vicki gives realistic expectations of when they will be ready. I love that there is no need for tonnes of props to get such beautiful outcomes.

I highly recommend Pennycress Photography. We have been for two photoshoots with Vicki and treasure all of the beautiful photographs from both. The first was for a newborn shoot with our daughter at 6 days old; Vicki was so accommodating, and even split the shoot over two days after our daughter had had enough on the first day. The second shoot was when our son was 3 months old (our newborn shoot was cancelled due to Covid) Vicki is fully set up for a distanced shoot with Covid protection in place. She always makes the children (and adults) feel at ease, and provides a very relaxed atmosphere which allows the child's character to shin through and results in stunning photographs.

Vicki is amazing and we would highly recommend pennycress photography! We took our 8 day old son for his newborn photoshoot and Vicki was amazing with him. We were there for a good 3 hours as Felix wasn't too sleepy, but Vicki had alot of patience and was very caring. She was also hugely knowledgeable and gave us a few tips. The gallery of photos we received were so beautiful and captured the beauty and simplicity of our newborn, we couldn't resist purchasing them all. She is the ultimate professional and took not only the most beautiful photos of our boys which we will treasure, but was clearly confident and experienced in her work which put me at total ease. We had a brilliant newborn photography session just over 3 weeks ago with Vicki. I had been following her work for a little while knowing a few people who have also used her, so knew when it came to our turn, Vicki was the one we would book! Her work is so natural and beautiful which is what I love the most. On the day itself, Vicki made us feel really welcome, and was great with Halle which made the whole session feel so relaxed. The setting itself is really cosy and comfortable, we were offered refreshments throughout too (including cookies 😋). Vicki was extremely patient if we needed to take a quick break, and was really lovely to chat to throughout the session. We had a maternity photoshoot with Victoria and couldn't be happier with the photos! As two rather camera shy people we didn't really know what to expect but as soon as we arrived she put us right at ease and we actually had a surprising amount of fun, with our hour slot flying past. We brought along a few 'props' that we wanted to include in some of the photos and Victoria was brilliant at slotting them in. She really seemed to get 'us' and the sort of photos we were after which was wonderful. Will definitely book another session once baby gets here and honestly cannot recommend her highly enough.

We had a Christmas Mini Session with Pennycress and the session itself was lovely - a really simple and modern set, lots of interesting stuff for my son to engage with and Vicki was absolutely brilliant at getting him to smile and interact with the camera. She was also really lovely and friendly with him and very understanding when he was romping around destroying things...(sorry! ) The images of the shoot are absolutely gorgeous! We had a newborn photo session with Vicky when our baby was 12 days old. We had ummed & ahhed about whether to have one or not but oh my gosh, are we glad we did! Vicky made us feel super comfortable, her studio was lovely & homely. Vicky was patient when baby needed feeding & at no point did we feel rushed. We were there just under 2 hours. The photos are simply stunning. Our baby is now nearly 6 weeks and having these photos to look back on is dinky amazing. Would recommend everyone goes to Vicky for their shoots!
