I recently got 9 rolls of film developed for a great price and great quality! I'm so happy with what I've ended up with. Didn't get prints as wanted to pick out the best shots the go back and just get those printed! Will definitely be back again in the future.

Perfect place to get baby passport photos! Rob was super friendly, helpful and got the photos of my 5 month old straight away! The shop has the added bonus of being outside the city with free parking right out the front. Highly recommended!

Fantastic place for childrens passport photos! So patient! I first went 5 yrs ago when my daughter was nearly 4. She cried so much! But with patience and kindness we managed to get successful photos for her passport, 5 yrs on passport needs renewing and also my son - (9 month) needed photos. I went straight here as knew the service was so good! Also a bonus there is parking which makes it a very convenient place too! Photos given to you after a short wait. Excellent!!!

By far the best 35mm developing and scanning I've had in Norwich. Consistently great quality and always full of useful advice. Makes the other mainstream brand shops in the centre look murky and dull by comparison.

We have a very small studio but produce an excellent quality in our prints and canvases. Many of our customers have returned time after time, some return three or four times a year. Very disappointed that the bad reviewer did not saying anything to us but have taken comment on board moved a few bits out of studio.

I've been using Rapture for a few years now for film processing and prints and I can't fault them. I've always received top quality results, as well as fast, friendly and well priced service. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely amazing service and brilliant results from these helpful experts. I had a lot of photoshoot style photographs from a charity fundraiser with a white background to print and sent them to an online printing service. The result was awful - cloudy grey background, strange skin tones, odd cropping. I tried again at a High Street chemist and these were slightly better but still dreadful; too grey, not at all appealing and the skin tones had a greenish tinge. Took them to Rapture and Robert photoshopped every picture and printed, beautifully, for a very very reasonable price. I wish I had gone here first, I definitely will in the future.

Would highly recommend the scanning and printing service, really friendly and professional service,did a fantastic job scanning, correcting and printing 50+ year old negatives and perfect copies of existing prints without negatives at a very good price, wouldn't go any where else.
