My husband and I had a microwedding in October 2020, determined to make it happen having planned it for 2 years. Going ahead with the day brought its many challenges and anxieties, but just by his very nature Richard helped spread joy and positivity. From the morning-of-the-wedding preparations through to the (mini) evening reception, Richard gelled so well with the guests which allowed everyone to feel at ease. And the magic was captured from there!

K. C.We booked Richard to shoot our wedding, but I feel like we've also gained a friend. Richard's sense of humour and relaxed personality is infectious, it is impossible to feel uptight around him! He did a pre-wedding shoot to get us used to being in front of the camera which was 4+ hours of giggling, well into the night! On the day he was fantastic, the guests all loved him and most importantly the photos are amazing! He fits in with all kinds of guests, he can be almost invisible if he wants to be, or he can be getting everyone's attention for group shots. Such a great guy, and he's not afraid to get into some strange situations to get the perfect shot! (sorry about your shoes in that river, Richard). Absolutely would recommend him if you want a really relaxed but totally professional photographer to capture your day.
