Geoff came highly recommended to us by a friend, so we booked him for our wedding. We weren't disappointed. At both our engagement shoot and wedding, Geoff instantly put us at ease with his relaxed and funny manner and managed to capture so many natural shots of us and family and friends. We are thrilled with both our engagement and wedding photographs and can't wait for him to take some of us with our newborn baby. We would recommend Geoff to anybody.

Geoff photographed our wedding at Hodsock Priory in December 2021 and we couldn't have asked for a better photographer! Geoff photographed our wedding in September 2021 and the photos couldn't have been more perfect. This was our fourth date thanks to covid and he was so helpful everytime we had to rearrange😊 We'd never met but felt instantly at ease and knew we'd made the right choice choosing him to capture our special day. My husband isn't exactly a fan of being photographed but even he was happy being snapped by Geoff because although professional, he quickly felt like a friend and made us feel so relaxed and had us laughing all day. We've had so many comments from our guests of what a genuinely lovely guy he is, so smiley and friendly. And although he was at our wedding ultimately to do a job, he was actually a great addition as a wedding guest! He captured all the fun, love and laughter beautifully and I'm so grateful that he has left us with the most amazing pictures of our dream day. We really can't thank him enough!❤

What can I say? If you want a really fun, relaxed photographer that will make you feel totally at ease then choose Geoff. Not only is Geoff himself so fun and smiley, but his work captures the complete essence of joy in your day. Geoff did our wedding this year and we are so glad we picked him. We first met Geoff at a wedding fair and it's safe to say we hit it off immediately. Despite meeting several other photographers over a number of weeks, and knowing others personally, we chose Geoff for his sense of humour, friendliness and style of photography. As you'd expect, the usual bureaucracies, such as contract and deposit, went without a hitch. We chatted in advance of the wedding a number of times, and it was because of the bond we created that we didn't simply want Geoff to feel like a 'photographer', but more of a friend joining us on our special day, and that's exactly how it went. Our own experiences of Geoff on the day were nothing short of superb. As expected, he was professional at all times, very friendly, and shared a similar sense of humour (as well as a love of expensive cameras and music) to myself which meant we spent most of the day laughing together. During and after the wedding, we had huge numbers of guests comment on how friendly and funny Geoff was, and because of his relaxed and sociable nature, assumed he was our friend beforehand (not so, but he is now). Indeed, 'Table 5' got on like a house on fire with him and it's safe to say that everyone enjoyed his company first and foremost. Sometimes, doing dozens upon dozens of wedding photographs can seem like a chore, but Geoff kept everyones spirits very high and the time shot by. More importantly, Geoff maintained his professionalism and patience even when it must have felt like herding (tipsy) cats. The photos themselves, as expected, were plentiful and exceptional. The mix of traditional and reportage photography was exactly what we wanted and we (and our family and friends) have spent several hours looking fondly at them on the very user friendly website. In closing, Geoff improved our day by being there - not as a photographer, but as a friend who happened to be snapping away. It's extremely telling that, despite pre-arranging Geoff's start and end times, he stayed well into the night (hopefully) having a blast. Neither he or we wanted him to leave, and I think his ultimate exit was only driven by his carriage about to become a pumpkin. Thanks Geoff. x

Geoff did a wonderful job as photographer for our 15 person wedding. It was a stressful period leading up to the wedding with all the uncertainty and changes. Fantastic wedding photographer! I chose Geoff initially for his wonderful style of photography. It sounds cheesy but Geoff really did capture every special moment of the day! We love the fact he hasn't asked us to choose which photos we want, but instead has given us all of them on a memory stick, along with prints of what he considers to be the best shots, all in a lovely presentation box. Geoff is not only a great photographer, he is also a great person. He really got involved with us and the wedding guests and in return we got amazing photographs from our big day. Geoff met with us before the day to find out more about us and the kind of style photographs we wanted. We chose the photos for our album and Geoff sent a draft copy for us to look at. It was fantastic! We worked together to make some final adjustments and it didn't take us long to agree on the final master piece. We hired Geoff to do the photography at our wedding in October 2016. Before the wedding day, via Skype, we discussed what we wanted with Geoff. We met him in person for the first time on our wedding day, and he seems like a very nice guy. He took a series of formal shots that we had requested, but he also took lots of other photos throughout the day, which nicely captured things as they were happening. A few weeks after our wedding, Geoff made the photos available to us via an online gallery from which we could download them all. We were very pleased with the photos; they are of high quality and a good quantity as well. We have since had a selection of the photos printed in an album, which we arranged ourselves, and we are very happy with the result. We are very glad that we chose Geoff as our wedding photographer.

Wow!!! What can I say. We have just received our wedding photos. They are absolutely amazing. I have been to a few weddings where geoff kirby photography was the photographer of choice. Their photos were amazing. We instantly knew when my husband proposed that we wanted Geoff to capture our day, and capture it he did. Geoff had alot to contend with! We had the windiest day in August!! 34 children and he handled it with pure ease and professionalism.
