A. R.The staff are all attentive and friendly, they help you in every way such as choosing the right print, size and effect. They also cut and do all the work for you. You can usually get your photos on the same day but they're always very busy so you might have to go back to collect them.

J. L.Very quick, professional service for passport photos in the city centre. We've had seven sets of photos for different nationalities taken over the last three years, including three sets of baby photos. The prices were very reasonable and the turn-around time is also quick. Only major downside is that there is often only one member of staff working - there's not a whole lot of room for two behind the counter. This leads to long lineups in their tiny shop.

Had to have our baby's photo taken during Covid 19 pandemic and it was quite busy, so they stopped customers coming in, in order to take pictures of our baby. Very friendly and helpful, polite. Would recommend to use them as preference over other vendors out there.

M. E.Good fast service, usually a queue though and there are cheaper places (like boots). If your photos are on an iPhone you will have to ask for a cable but at least they can still accommodate. £10 per passport photos is a bit steep in my opinion.
S. K.Charged 10.00 for passport photographs, smooth process to take the image, asked to return in 10 mins for prints. Photos in ready when I got back - no faffing about. Staff know exactly what they're doing and are also set up to meet specific requirements for some non-UK passports.
T.Needed a passport photo for my 6 month old that won’t sit still for a second. Within 3 clicks the lady had a perfect photo for us and just £12 for 8 isn’t bad considering. Very happy with the service.

RE: the reviewers complaining about the low quality megapixel count on the passport camera - the images are only a few centimetres high, so anything above 5 is never needed.
