Ever since I started using Bruce at 241 photography to do my marketing photos I have had a huge increase in interest in my rooms which has led to higher occupancy rates. I recently had Bruce to over to one of my properties to do a 3D scan with his new Matterport camera and was blown away with the result. This is going to save us loads of time by not having to do so many viewings as potential tenants can take a virtual tour of the house. We had had some appalling photos from our online estate agents who seemed to have used nothing more than a box Brownie camera to shoot our property pictures. When we first approached Bruce he was very sympathetic to our problem and responded every quickly by coming out to see us within 48 hours. He took the time to consider what we wanted to see, advised us on what we could and should not do and set about taking a revised set of photographs. They were delivered to us within 24 hours even though it was a weekend.
