Went to get my passport photos taken, had them done within 10 minutes and everyone there was so lovely. Would highly recommend again!

First visit to this store to obtain passport photos. Warm greeting from staff member who proceeded to explain process and produce photos. About a five minute wait for completion of prints. Used the time to explore the many products on offer, displayed in the store. Excellent service.

I came into My Photo, to be greeted by the lovely Toni. I do a lot of journalism for UK fire related publications. I had approx 250 photos to download from a smart phone, Toni and her colleagues continually supported me through the process dispite the fact the devices for downloading these prints are complex for an amateur. Nothing was too much trouble and dispite my, making several errors. The Staff and Service is excellent and l would not hestitate to call again

If I could give 10 stars I would. Adam and his team provided a first rate service for a birthday picture collage I had produced for my father's 100th birthday next week. He gave lots of clear, helpful advice and tips and the finished product was infinitely better than I had hoped - and within an hour of passing him the digital file too!! . Very good service, very helpful staff. Especially the tall guy with glasses (I forget his name 😂). Needed a custom sized print for an arcade stick mod, for an 8 year olds Birthday, I was worried what I was asking wouldn't be possible, but they more than accommodated my needs. 5 star. Even with wearing face masks. It's good to know, that during these stressing times for businesses, that Myphoto have an online way to get photographs done. The staff are always tremendously helpful, polite and understanding. Nothing is too much. Their instructions on how to do things are crystal clear, precise and easily understood. There are lots of attractive products to choose from, and all at reasonable prices. As are the charges made for photographs. I particularly like the user friendly, and easy to operate, ordering screens. The time spans offered for ordered items are 30 minutes on the day, or 24 hours next day. We have always selected the 30 minutes on the day. NEVER have we been let down or disappointed in any way. Myphoto is a brilliant resource for our Plymouth community. We shall always use and support our local business.👍👍👍👍

Absolutely brilliant service!!! Cannot praise these guys enough. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Adam, Chris and Claire and a real pleasure to visit. Their Online Kiosk is so convenient and easy to use that I now get all my photos printed from MyPhoto. Try them... you won't be disappointed!

I took some old photos of both my parents and my.partners parents wedding day. To cut a long story short, I paid for all of them and they forgot to put one photo in the envelope and when I rang them up I spoke to Adam and he was very apologetic and offered to post them. I said I needed to get some frames as I was finding it hard to source the different sized frames without having to use non matching ones so they said they would supply all frames ( solid oak) and they would give me 20% off because of their mistake in forgetting to include a single photo as previously mentioned. Anyone or any business can make a mistake but I know that without question, if I or anyone else went there and something was wrong... it would be sorted guaranteed no problem. I would use this firm again without hesitation and want to say a big thanks to Adam who as representative of My Photo went above and beyond - 5 Stars.

Great place with nice staff. I've used thus place since Jessops closed down and can't fault them. They really have stepped up nd taken the mantel for best printers in Plymouth. Kiosks are easy to use too but always someone there to help if needed.
