Would just like to take a moment out to thank Si, who went above and beyond for a camera query I had last week. With so many Jessops stores closing down, we drove an hour to this store as it was our nearest one, and the last thing we'd want is poor service upon arrival. I called up prior to my visit and explained what I was looking for, with my budget and basic preferences. When we arrived, Si had researched the best suited camera, and was very informative and helpful. He'd found just what I'd been looking for and answered any question that I had. He also demonstrated the camera in clear and multiple ways, as well as the showing me the full picture quality on a television. Overall, he made sure I was happy before I left and for the first time after weeks of searching online, I felt happy I made the right choice. Thank you very much Si! :-)
