It was absolute delight having Jo taking both our maternity and newborn photos. She was very sensitive to our situation and helped us to relax. She worked wonders with the space available in the house. Jo was more than happy to work with our cat and dog too - It was such a wonderful experience, and really fun! We were very much looking forward to the newborn session. Photos are beautifully capturing our little family in a natural way.

Jo captured our rainbow baby bump in 2018 so perfectly, she came into our home warmly and made what was a very difficult pregnancy be filled with joy. She captured all the emotions that come with having a rainbow baby so perfectly; our love and our hopes. She helped me to embrace a bump and a pregnancy that I was so unsure of. Looking back i am so glad Jo came into our home and captured that moment for us. And to say she captured it beautifully would not be doing her justice.

We had a photoshoot with Jo when our first son was born so when we had our second, there was no hesitation that we would book her again. The process with Jo is so easy and personal. We had a pre-session phone call where we discussed various aspects of the shoot, our little one's routine and, very importantly, the outfits we had picked. On the day, Jo worked so effortlessly and professionally around our little family. Our toddler was excited but not always keen at times and Jo worked around him and his needs, as well as our newborn. When we received our photo gallery we were blown away by the photos and moments that she had captured. We love that they are not completely posed and staged photos. They are all absolutely stunning and we will certainly treasure them forever. We chose to have some photos printed and they were very high quality and presented beautifully. Thank you so much Jo!

Jo operates incredibly efficiently and professionally. He pre-shoot communication is excellent, as is her guidance on what is needed and how the shoots will go. We were gifted a session with Jo by some friends before our little boy was born. We provisionally booked in a date for the photoshoot before his birth, but our little one wasn't keen on arriving on time! Jo was so flexible and worked around our availability to find a day and time that suited us all. On the day of the photoshoot, Jo was friendly and professional. We had sent her photos of the rooms in our house that we wanted to use and she started setting them up straight away. We worked to our little one's schedule. We were able to feed him when he wanted (which wasn't until the end as he slept the whole time - a sign of how relaxed the whole session was) and Jo understands how to handle babies brilliantly. We really enjoyed the session with Jo and couldn't believe how quickly it went. We loved seeing the sneak peek of the photos shortly after the session and enjoyed seeing the whole gallery even more when it was ready. Jo's style of photography is simply and beautifully elegant. We chose to buy all of the photos as they were all stunning. Choosing just 5 to have printed, as part of the package, was really hard! We are so pleased with the photos that Jo took and the memories that she captured. They will certainly be treasured forever. Thank you so much!

I can not recommend Jo highly enough! I have lost count of all the positive comments we have received and how many people have asked us who took our gorgeous pictures. We were lucky enough to receive a session as a baby gift and it is without a doubt the best present we have ever received. As a first time Mum, the first weeks were simply a blur and I am so pleased that we have these stunning keepsakes to remember just how tiny he was! Beforehand, I was a bit nervous about being in the pictures myself but Jo immediately put us all at ease and it all felt very natural. It was a fantastic, relaxed experience and we basically haven’t stopped looking at the pictures since!!

Not only does Jo have a great eye for capturing the perfect shot, but she did such a good job of putting us all at ease so quickly, that it felt more like having a friend in the house. Jo arrived the morning after one of those nights when you wonder if you will ever close your eyes for more than a fleeting moment. But as soon as she arrived we forgot our tiredness and we had a lovely morning. I couldn't recommend Jo any more highly! I hate having pictures of me taken but from the very initial phone consultation right through to selecting my photos from my shoot, Jo put me at ease and supported me, capturing images I couldn't have dreamt of. Not only do I like them, but I will treasure them forever as a snapshot of the newborn phase of my son's life. I have my prints up on display and EVERYONE comments on how beautiful they are when they see them.
