Sapna Odlin photography was recommended from a pianist that I had booked for a special occasion through an events company. From the moment of my initial contact with Sapna I knew I was in good hands. I had planned a special 15 year anniversary surprise for my wife in July 2020, however Covid had put my plans on hold. Sapna was very understanding and accommodating for me to change the date to July 2021, however due to losing my job I had to postpone this. My event had to be delayed for a second time but again Sapna couldn’t have nicer given the circumstances to allow me to push the date back to 2022 without any further charges and allowed me to use my initial deposit that I paid. At last I had managed to get all my plans back in place but then due to personal and family circumstances I was unable to have the event this year 2022. I contacted Sapna to advise her that I would be having to now have her professional photography services once the timing is right. My experience has been amazing and couldn’t recommend her highly enough. I will definitely be making contact with Sapna in the near future for my event when I can make it happen at the right time. Warm, friendly and professional Sapna took un-staged photos of my son's naming ceremony that captured the day authentically and beautifully. Sapna’s photography has an otherworldly, fairy-tale quality to it. Shadowy and mysterious yet full of life. She’s more than a photographer – she’s a true artist. Having seen some of her work I invited her to take some photos at Reading Farmers’ Market and was amazed by the results. The lighting in the covered market is very challenging, but she managed to turn that into an asset and take a selection of stunning pictures that made it look even better than reality. She has a lovely way about her too that makes you instantly comfortable – a great feature in a people photographer. I can highly recommend booking Sapna for a photoshoot.

I cannot recommend Sapna's photography enough! We hired Sapna to take photographs of us as a family as it seems virtually impossible to ever get a decent photo of any of us together, let alone all four of us together. Sapna captured some fantastic shots of us all and we were really really pleased with all of our photos. I don't know how she does it but Sapna can capture my innermost feelings in photos. I hate my photo taken even to the extent that I wasn't in the first shoot we had (she kindly took a few because she knew I'd change my mind), but with Sapna I don't worry. Sapna undertook some "doortraits" of my family and other households on our street during the COVID19 lockdown this spring, and she did a fantastic job. She was friendly & quick to respond to emails, really easy to get along with on the evening of the shoot, and she sent us proofs via her website within 24 hours. The final prints were ready within a week, mounted and ready to frame. We also loved the idea of supporting political charity Launchpad through donations she made with every doortrait or lockdown portrait. If we decide to do a follow-on family or professional shoot, Sapna will be top of the list.
