Lucy was our wedding photographer and we both cannot recommend her enough. On the day Lucy made us feel completely at ease. The pictures need no words, they are simply stunning. All our friends and family have all said how well they have captured the day, we are over the moon with them and they sit proudly up in our home. We are so lucky to have these beautiful memories captured and will always be thankful for Lucy’s hard work. She’s an absolute star!

Lucy photographed our wedding last August bank holiday, we had a last minute change of photographer so Lucy stepped in last minute for us which meant we didn't actually meet her prior to our big day. Lucy was absolutely AMAZING, she was so discrete and got some incredible images that we are so happy with. Lucy stayed later than we were expecting also and got some great images of our evening reception which we love. Thank you so much again Lucy, would recommend to everyone!

Couldn’t recommend Lucy enough. We had a family photo shoot last autumn for my husbands birthday and Lucy travelled over to the Queen Elizabeth Country Park to meet with us, a beautiful setting during the autumn. She was professional throughout and put us all at ease during the photo shoot. Our 3 and 4 year old boys were on the go all the time but Lucy was so patient with them and had so many creative ideas and ways to make them smile for the photos. The photos were wonderful and meant even more to us as my husbands older children were in them and with the lockdowns we’ve barely been able to see them this past year. The photos were natural and everyone had so much fun during the photo shoot. I picked out some of the photos and Lucy presented them to us in a beautiful album, the perfect birthday gift. Family is so important and we can’t thank Lucy enough for providing us with such a wonderful keepsake.

Lucy took some family pictures for us with our 2 year old and 3 month old and we are so pleased with the photos. On the day she was brilliant, the whole family warmed to her instantly, we felt comfortable and she made it fun. She also played with our little girl to help keep her engaged and got some beautiful pictures of her. Lucy came to our home to shoot the pictures but they look like they’ve been taken in a professional studio! Lucy is personable and professional and put us all at ease from the beginning - she even got our toddler smiling and looking at the camera! Our only problem is choosing which photos to get printed!

We highly recommend Lucylou Photography!! We loved Lucy's style which initially drew us to her but as we got to know her we saw that she was also very accommodating, asking all the right questions and she is just a lovely lady. One of the main things for us was that we wanted someone who would be discreet and not take over the day as some photographers can do. Lucy was extremely discreet but also assertive when she needed to quickly round up 150 people for a big photo. We really appreciated the time she took to get to know us, to understand the feel of the wedding and to even get to know who gets on with who etc when it came to family photos so as not to cause any drama. You only have one shot with a wedding photographer and looking back through the photos to nearly 2 years ago we can see just how well she captured the day, the memories really come to life through her photos and we will be forever grateful to her for that. Where to begin...our wedding day was a fantastic blur of happiness, laugher and love. As I am sure for all couples on their big day it went by at a speed which is ridiculous. What is remarkable is the memories captured by Lucy. Sitting down and going through the photos you realise how much you didn't get to see and being able to revisit those unknowns is truly amazing. Her eye for the little details and her manor at making everyone feel comfortable really shone through during our wedding day. We had friends and family commenting on Lucy's approach and you can see the benefits it brings to the table when you see the end results. A true testament to this is in my loving wife herself. Jade is not overly fond of being in front of the camera however through spending time with Lucy since the beginning of the process (meeting up to see previous work and confirm booking etc) there was a bond there which meant we were all comfortable and able to get some fantastic photos. Lucy really is exceptional at what she does and we are so happy with our photos and everlasting memories. Thank you!

Lucy was our wedding photographer and also did our engagement shoot which I would highly recommend doing. She was fantastic to deal with as well as on the day, nothing was ever too much trouble for her and she really captured the essence of the day. About half way through the day I had completely forgotten we were even being photographed as she isn't intrusive. She manages to capture incredibly natural photos while still making it special. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

We had Lucy take some family/newborn photos with the five of us. It’s not always easy to get picture of a 3 year old, 2 year old and a new born but lucy somehow managed to pull it off. I usually hate having my photo taken but Lucy made us all feel so relaxed and the photos turned out to be perfect! They all look so natural and you wouldn’t know that they were in our home as the final images look so professional and well put together. We got them back really quickly too. Lucy’s photos of our wedding day are absolutely breathtaking! In the lead up she was brilliant, answering any questions and queries we had quickly, regardless of how big or small. She even helped us finalise the timings of the day which which helped the day flow perfectly as well as taking so many extra photos of different aspects of the day that were important to us! On the wedding morning she was such a calming influence. In the ceremony Lucy was so discreet, and got some incredible shots. She has a great eye for a detail and captures every little part of your day, even the things you don’t even consider. She finds amazing, artistic spots for photos that are so unique! Lucy captured everything we wanted and SO much more!!! I still can’t get over the sheer number of stunning photographs we received! She goes above and beyond to make the day truly perfect!
