Easy intuitive experience to get my online passport photo application sorted.

They have a variety of photo services including portraits, passport and Visa ID photos, passport application services, isnaps photo scanning and instant prints on phones, flash drives , memory cards. They sell photo frames and other similar items. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

I called in today to buy some Christmas gifts. I wasn't too sure what to do but the lady in the shop did everything for me nothing was too much trouble. I was told to come back in an hour to collect my order and it was all ready and waiting for me. I am very pleased.

My go-to place for getting photos printed. Very easy to upload pics via usb or bluetooth, choose adjust and print off, all within minutes. Staff are friendly and helpful too which is brill and often offers available. Would recommend to anyone.

We visited this store today, the customer service was reasonably good and the staff member was knowledgeable and helpful, however the products we received were poor and didn’t represent the image quality on the screen and were cropped on printing, the member of staff said this was how it printed and offered no discount and still charged full price, I should have simply walked out and gone elsewhere but I was on a tight timeline purchasing items for my mothers birthday, the store is too small, for the footfall of customers and the range of services offered with only one member of staff on duty meaning they cannot fully support a customer in their shopping experience, thoroughly disappointing
