Great customer service. Bought a pair of compact binoculars from them on eBay. They had a fault on arrival which was probably caused in transit. I contacted the shop direct and returned them via the eBay returns procedure and a replacement pair was despatched immediately. There was no hassle and they apologised for any inconvenience caused. I would highly recommend Great Western Cameras and definitely use them again.

Lovely shop, great size with a nice selection. Lovely friendly staff, who saved my life on Saturday, my flash gun died, I only realised the night before a wedding photography shoot, I turned up at 9am, and instead of taking advantage of my desperate situation they sorted me out with a great deal. Very fast mail order service. The lens I ordered yesterday (75-300mm Sony FE) was in hot demand due to its recent launch and supply problems resulting from the Japanese earthquake (May 2016) so finding one at all was a bonus. I was very impressed with Great Western Cameras when I went in this weekend to get my wife her first SLR camera. Phil and the staff were fantastic explaining everything to the last detail. We are thrilled with the camera that had it's first outing today to Barbury castle. The price was very competitive too. 5 star service all round.
