Kevin took our photographs on the day along with his Wife Carol. They were both fantastic at capturing our special day with natural poses. Our images are of an extremely high standard with the added bonus of each moment being captured from different angles. Would recommend to anyone looking for unique and personal photography!

We used Kevin Belson Photography for both our Civil and Indian wedding in May 2019. Kevin was very professional, polite, on time and we absolutely love the photos he took. He was also calm (even during some chaotic moments in the Indian wedding) and took some amazing natural photos which captured the event as it unfolded. We were also very impressed by his quick turnaround time in sending us the photos from both days. So many people have complemented us on the wedding photos. Kevin was recommended to us by our wedding organiser, and after viewing the beautiful shots on his website, it was not a difficult decision to ask him to do our photography. We arranged an engagement shoot to meet Kevin and Carol in London, and we found them extremely friendly, laid-back, yet professional. They expertly captured some amazing natural images. On the wedding day itself Kevin and Carol were virtually invisible, yet they captured the vibe of the day perfectly. The photos (there were lots of them!) were truly unique, and looking at them afterwards was like reliving the day. Kevin and Carol have a real talent for capturing candid moments, and this is exactly what we wanted from our wedding photography - images that documented the day rather than lots of 'posed' shots. We are so happy with the overall experience and outcome, and would definitely recommend Kevin and Carol to others.

I fell in love with Kevin's photography when I saw his stand at a local wedding fair a year before our wedding. I was very excited when I learnt he was free on the date of our wedding and we arranged to meet with him. From the start Kevin and Carol were very friendly and professional and I couldn't help but get swept up in Kevin's passion for photography. We booked Kevin straight away and a few months later we planned our engagement shoot. Kevin and Carol came to where we live for the shoot and made us feel comfortable from the start. Neither myself or my partner feel overly comfortable in front of the camera but we were soon put at ease and actually began to enjoy ourselves! The resulting photographs were stunning and we will treasure the beautiful images for the rest of our lives. The photographs capture the essence and beauty of where we live and the pair of us don't look bad either! The photographs were turned in to a gorgeous signing book to use at our wedding. Time flew after the engagement shoot and soon it was 'the big day'. Kevin and Carol turned up at my hotel room the morning of the wedding and started to quietly and discreetly take photographs. Throughout the day I was hardly aware of Kevin and Carol and was amazed when they showed us the photographs they had taken as I wasn't even aware they were in the room at times. Having said that they were always around when we needed them, they helped guide us through our day and were happy to take any particular shots we requested. The photos from our wedding are simply amazing. They capture every single special moment throughout the day in Kevin's special, artistic, warm, sumptuous style. One very happy customer. :)

Kevin was recommended to us by a friend who was about to get married and had felt totally at ease with Kevin and Carol at their engagement shoot. We were quite nervous about choosing the wrong photographer so were hugely grateful for the advice. When we browsed Kevin's website there wasn't a single wedding he had photographed that didn't look stunning. For us our wedding was all about the people and we didn't want to many 'arty' shots that didn't tell the story of the day. Kevin and Carol could not have been lovelier from the first time we met. We were clearly on the same page in terms of what we thought wedding photography was all about. Seeing our wedding photos at their house was so exciting and made us unbelievably happy - they had captured most of our guests in fits of laughter throughout the day which was just what we had wanted for the day. 2 months later I am still totally distracted by going through them repeatedly. Kevin and Carol are not only lovely, but incredibly professional too - my husband and I are completely blown away by how beautiful our photos are from our wedding day. From start to finish Kevin and Carol were an absolute pleasure to deal with, and we loved their unobtrusive style on the day. They even stayed late for our fireworks. All the photos they took were completely brilliant - so full of personality with hundreds of little moments captured perfectly. We would just like to say a huge Thank You to Kevin and Carol for all their Brilliant work on our wedding photos! We really love our Wedding Pictures, but all the extra Belson-know-how made the day go smoothly. They really do have a wealth of knowledge and experience mixed with a professional eye, but are also lovely easy going people. The pre-wedding shoot is a great idea as we were unsure what to expect, and were a bit uncomfortable with the focus that would be on us. But the whole session put us at ease with Kevin and Carol and they gave us tips on how to photograph well! When we got together to review these shots we loved them so much we bought an album and used it as our Guest Book. Guests loved the personal touch and it gave a bit more interest than a regular book! By the time it came to the wedding we were comfortable with Kevin and Carol and almost forgot they were about taking candid shots and of course the pre selected groups shots we wanted. Kevin came up with some beautiful ideas for shots that really reflected Us as well as the grand wedding setting at Kings Weston House. We loved so many shots that we struggled to narrow them down for the Album; but again Kevin and Carol were there to provide us with cups of tea and guide us through. “We are so grateful to Kevin and Carol for providing us with the most amazing wedding photographs. From start to finish, they have been amazing and a pleasure to be around. We included a pre engagement shoot which we loved as we were able to take our dog, Ted the bulldog along. He found an unusual amount of energy on the day and would not leave Kevin alone however this did not faze him and he was still able to get the most incredible photographs. On our wedding day we hardly noticed that they were there as they are completely unobtrusive but they still captured the day perfectly. Having two photographers ensures that every angle is covered, we particularly liked the aisle shots as you could see both of our reactions, a single photographer could not achieve this. We cannot recommend them enough!

Kevin was the first photographer we met at a wedding fayre right at the beginning of our search and was blown away by his work, and after meeting many more, and always comparing back, we booked him and Carol for our Wedding Photographers. We were keen to have natural, documentary style - but also beautiful photography, and we got that and so much more. I'm pleased to say, it's possibly one of the best decisions we made - although it's strange saying we barely noticed them both being there - they managed to expertly capture every emotion, every moment and every tiny detail (things which as a couple we worked hard on planning for two years of our lives) of the day best day of our lives. Upon receiving our pictures - going through them made me, smile, laugh and cry all over again. I would highly recommend having Kevin and Carol as your photographers, it will be the best decision you make.

We met with a few photographers to find the perfect match for our big day. When we met Kevin and Carol we were sold within the first 5 mintues. Kevin has an obvious passion for his craft and loves to steer clear of the typical photo options instead creating unique and beautiful shots. We booked Kevin and Carol and arranged an engagement shoot which was part of the package, Kevin's way of getting to know the couple before the day. Ours took place on a wet and windy day a couple of months before the wedding, but you wouldn't be able to tell that from the photos. On the day itself, Kevin and Carol made themselves nearly invisible and as a result were able to get some truly stunning 'unposed' photos. During the selection process (choosing photos for the album) we had real problems deciding which photos would go in the album, a testament to just how good Kevin and Carol are. They were both really professional but also friendly, and there were some personal touches that were just for us that showed that they truly do listen and get to know you. I really couldn't recommend Kevin and Carol enough, if you want beautiful and unique photos that you'll treasure forever, then be smart and book them.

5 stars without a doubt!!! Kevin and Carol were the first wedding photographers we met....and we looked no further! We were blown away by the quality and style of their photographs. The quality and package for the price was simply fantastic...two amazing photographers all day with no time limits (not charged by the hour), a pre - wedding shoot, and knowing that we would get all of our photos on disc to use as we please. We couldn't have asked for more. Kevin and Carol are extremely professional, yet relaxed and laid back, making us feel at ease. Willing to go with whatever we wanted, but offering great suggestions and advice to guide us. On the day they were spot on. 100% reliable, and not at all intrusive. We could totally relax and forget about them (sorry guys!) knowing that they were busy capturing amazing memories for us. After seeing our pre-wedding shoot photos we felt completely confident that we would get great shots on the day....and that we did! Our photos are spectacular. Everyone we have shown has been wowed (and a little jealous!). They are beautiful, funky, artistic, natural and emotional all at once, and truly capture the colour, spirit and emotion of our day. From the second we contacted Kevin and Carol they were great! We thought things may have been difficult as we were in Australia but Kevin and Carol utilised skype which made the distance easy. They traveled 7hours to get to our wedding and even met up with us the day before to ensure everything was on track and the setting was perfect for photos. The day of the wedding, Kevin was up at 6am to ensure he was with the bride and bridesmaids at the salon capturing the girls getting ready. He was taking photos throughout the morning and made the girls feel comfortable in front of the camera. Simultaneously, Carol met up with the guys before, during and after breakfast to ensure nothing was missed! Carol was brilliant with last minute tiding of the groomsmen's suits and attaching the button hole flowers to each groomsmen. We were lucky as no-one knew how to attach the flowers! The pair helped to make sure both bride and groom were ready before the bride arrived to the ceremony through communicating the status of both sides while continually shooting photographs! The most amazing part was that we didn't even know that both Kevin and Carol were at the ceremony but, it was captured perfectly! That is a credit to their skills and professionalism. In addition, they both looked great. They dressed formally as if they were two of the guests and they just fit right in. Every moment was captured throughout our day and we couldn't be happier with Kevin and Carol. They even tredged through a field of mud to gain a position in last light that captured a photo which was more than we expected. Further to this, they stayed with us shooting friends and family well after our first dance. They truly went beyond the contract and I can't speak highly enough of these two!

We would recommend Kevin and Carol Belson as your wedding photographers in an instant. The quality of their photography is superb, from the composition of the shots, to the depth and detail and the light and colours they capture. To create such memorable images is one thing, but to make them during the hubbub of a wedding demonstrates not only a great technical confidence but also a great understanding of how to record the best of such an important and memorable occasion. We loved the combination of the informality of the approach, but in the photographs themselves, a real sense of occasion and artistry - they reveal the most incidental moment as special. Kevin & Carol's discreet and yet totally supportive approach is demonstrated by how they were almost invisible and unintrusive during the day, but were always at hand to suggest a good location, to shepherd guests through the group and family photos, capturing very naturally moments of connection, or to simply help get our buttonholes in the right place. It was also great to have two photographers with us for the day; they were able to cover so much from quite different angles. While our photographs are a wonderful record of our day as we remember it, they are also treasured because they reveal a far wider perspective on the day than we could ever have had, deepening our experience of the day itself - the conversations between guests, the responses to the ceremony and the speeches, who was enjoying their wine to the full and who took the dancefloor by storm.
