What a wonderful experience for my 1 year old daughter. The photographer was so friendly and really made her comfortable. Had a fantastic experience at this studio with a shoot for my three children aged 7, 2 and 6 months. The photographer was so patient with all three children. The final photos were gorgeous. It was really difficult to choose my favourites! There was no pressure to spend money on prints. The photographer at our viewing asked about budget and put no pressure on us to go beyond it. Highly recommend this studio. We will return.

We would highly reccomend to come here for your family photo shoot, the staff were very warm and welcoming. They captured our son's personality beautifully and have got some amazing photographs to treasure forever. We had a wonderful experience getting to know Alison personally which made our experience all the more special when we got to see all the beautiful pictures on a slide show. Had a few effs along the way but Mark was more than helpful. The experience in the studio itself was outstanding. We had a cake smash/family shoot, the photographer was more than friendly and really got baby in the smiley mood and got some outstanding photos of her. Olive tree Studios is professional and the studio is lovely. The viewing room is child friendly too so while parents are looking at the photos the children are entertained. Will be recommending and using them again.

Absolutely the best photoshoot experience we’ve ever had. We found Olive Tree Studios at a baby and toddler show and we are so grateful we did. My husband and I generally do not love how we look in photos and rarely agree on pictures we are both happy with, so I don’t know what kind of magic the photographer and editor did but we were spoilt for choice with images we both loved! From booking our photoshoot date to helping us choose our prints the entire team was absolutely amazing. They are all so friendly and professional and the studio is very clean and welcoming . An extra special mention to Allison who went above and beyond. She was so helpful in making sure we were happy with our selections and we never felt rushed or pressured to make any decisions. We enjoyed the experience and would recommend. Photos are amazing quality, the ones we bought were just beautiful, and the turn around is fast. Staff are lovely and clearly skilled. Our lovely photographer also got out the bath to capture some lovely images when I mentioned bath photos I have at home of my other son. A couple of disappointing things. We were told on the phone there would be a selection of their own outfits to wear on the day of the shoot so I didn't take a huge selection of clothes. We weren't offered any on the day and there so cake smash photos were taken in a nappy which I really wasnt pleased with in the end and didn't end up buying any cake smash photos. I could have easily planned for that and taken a nappy cover myself as we use super cute reusables most of the time anyway. Lesson learned- take exactly what you want/need. There were a couple of images that weren't edited as promised and some that were (badly timed face plant a few days before the shoot) but it was easily and quickly fixed on the day of the review, so again great service save there and the staff couldn't apologise enough. Contrary to other reviews, we weren't offered drinks at any point and it was a hot day so take your own if you're going to get thirsty. We did ask for some water for my 4 year old half way through which was provided. (Another lesson learned - don't let the husband pack the kids bag!) We bought a digital package and there was no pressure to buy. Everyone was really nice and overall a positive experience. I'd say a it's a quality experience but for the prices paid, and the other reviews, I'd expect a little more for 5*.

We had a cake smash with olive tree for our daughters first birthday. We had such a great time at the actual shoot. Jess was very professional, patient and great with both of our daughters who are aged 2 years and 11 months. We instantly felt comfortable, and we could just tell our girls did too. After the shoot we were given time to get our girls cleaned up, and did not feel under pressure to leave quickly at all which is always nice as we did not feel rushed or stressed. We then arranged a date to come back and view the photos and then left the studio. When we went to view our photos with Rachael, again we were made to feel very welcome. The photos were set in a slide show to music, which for me was such a lovely touch. Both myself and my husband can hand on heart say we loved each and everyone of the photos. They capture our girls cheeky personalities so perfectly. Rachael then went through all of our options with regards to purchasing some photos and was even accommodating in giving us some time to discuss our options in private. We have since shown some of the photos to family and friends friends and all of them have commented on how much they love the photos too.

Incredible experience. We fell so in love with our first pictures with our first daughter we bought two follow up sessions... And loved THOSE so much that we booked 3 more when our youngest joined us. The photos are phenomenal and capture their personalities so well. The quality of the pictures and the frames we purchased are beyond words. The team are incredible and looked after us really well. This is the 4th time we have used Olive Tree Photography for photos of our little girl and every time we have been blown away by the experience. I sincerely recommend this studio for anyone who wants photos of their littles in this kind of setting. Everyone was lovely, they put my son at instant ease and have been nothing but kind and respectful towards me. No hard sell at all and an understanding that not everyone is able to purchase the more expensive packages. I agreed for my children to take part in a cake smash shoot and I must say it was a wonderful experience. Rachel was brilliant with both my baby and my toddler and they had the best time. On arrival we were provided with beverages and cookies and we were made to feel really welcome. The set up and backdrops were really beautiful and the cake provided was also really tasty. Rachel was very professional and I am looking forward to seeing the pictures and purchasing. The studio is also in Warrington Town not far from parking sites so it was easy to park up and walk a short distace with my babies. I highly recommend olive tree studios :)

Such an amazing experience! Great communication from the get go, and very friendly staff who were so understanding when we had to rearrange a few times. We got our photos late because of the lockdown which wasn't great, but the staff kept in touch and we're just amazing throughout! We got an amazing deal on our photos and I was so shocked at how many good ones they got of our daughter as she isn't particularly keen on having her photo taken. We went for my sons cake smash last Friday and with him being premature and born through lockdown we’ve not been able to have any pictures done so we were over the moon having this done! We had a lovely time and the girls made us feel so comfortable throughout the whole session, we couldn’t stay that day to look at the photos but are going back on Friday but I did see a couple on the camera and was absolutely made up with the outcome of them! We first came across Olive Tree Studios after having our first baby in 2017. Fast forward to baby number 3, and there is nobody else we would turn to to capture these precious newborn moments. This was the 2nd shoot we have done with our girls. Both were newborn shoots (we have talked about doing another when they are both older and having them together). The service was amazing. My husband and I didn't have to do a thing, just show up and the photographer took complete control. They were experienced in setting the room up correctly and making sure it was the right temperature for the babies, able to get them into those beautiful swaddled new born poses and able to keep the babies calm and relaxed throughout. The selection process was brilliant also...everything shows to us on a massive screen so we could see every in detail and select our favourite photos. I would highly recommend the team here, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Olive tree provides an all around professional, relaxed, happy service with beautiful photographs to treasure forever.

We booked a family photo shoot to get some pictures of our new baby girl, Indie-Rose. We also had some with her brother and a few as a family. Jess was our photographer and she was fantastic, she used lovely props which created beautiful pictures. She made us all feel very relaxed and she appreciated our input. I’ve recently had a cake smash photography session at olive tree with my 1 year old son, and all the staff at the time greeted us with such a warm welcome. Jess was our photographer and she was so lovely and patient with our son, as he wasn’t quite sure of the flash from the camera at first, but she managed to capture such amazing pictures of him and us as a family. When I came back to the studio to look at my pictures, Rachael was looking after me. I sat back and relaxed as they shown me a slide show of all my pictures, which was amazing. We found an offer on Facebook for a certificate to attend for a cake smash our son is 10 months old so I booked us in for a session even tho they were not that local to us!. It was a beautiful building, parking for a short amount of time is right outside. We were met by Rachel who was lovely she had all the information that I had discussed with a member of the team on the phone when booking! Jess then met us who was going to be our photographer she took us to the room and explained everything clearly. The shoot went so well Jess made us both feel so comfortable and took breaks when Max was getting a bit restless. He had so much fun and I knew the photos would be amazing. We returned another day so my husband could join us to see the photos. Again when we attended Rachel was so pleasant and the slideshow that had been put together was amazing. I would have loved to buy them all but she was very understanding and took us through all our options to try give us the best deal. Where do I start? We have recently had our sons photo's taken at Olive Tree photography, just on a whim as I had seen a social media post asking for models for a cake smash! Oh am I glad I saw it! Right from the get go, the ladies at the studio were amazing. I spoke with a lovely lady on the phone to get our slot booked, and she explained everything to me in detail and got us booked in that very same week! Rachel, the amazing lady who welcomed us when we arrived, made us feel welcome, comfortable, and just at ease really! It was extremely professional, but like you were meeting a friend at the same time. It just felt natural! Rachel kept popping in and out of the shoot to check we were all okay and complimenting our son on his many poses! Jess, the lady working her magic behind the camera was simply fabulous! Jess also welcomed us as we arrived and again, made us feel totally at ease. She was SOOO patient with us and our son, and knew exactly what to do, and when to do it to capture truly amazing photos! Jess was so amazing with Abel, our son, and he loved her! Jess explained everything clearly for us, and helped us get Abel ready for each section of shots and was brilliant from start to finish (even when Abel was throwing chocolate cake at her!) The ladies even provided us with a changing mat, baby wipes, and cold drinks for us to enjoy after the mammoth task of cleaning all the chocolate off Abel! Which was an extremely nice, and welcome gesture! We had various extras in the shots taken of Abel, and when i had a nosey around the room there were so many nice accessories to make your pictures truly magical! I'll be honest, before we went to the shoot, I had no intentions of buying any photos, as they are a teeny bit pricey. But after your shoot takes place, the ladies invite you back to view your photos and oh my, when you see them its IMPOSSIBLE to leave without them! Rachel showed us our photos in a beautiful private room (which even had toys for our son) and talked us through different plans we could get, helped us pick our favourites for the wall art and helped us set up a payment plan. This was so quick and simple, we got all of our photos! That was even before editing, so I can't imagine what they will be like after a little touching up! I would HIGHLY recommend Olive Tree photography to ANYONE wanting amazing photos. They have payment plans, and choices to suit all budgets, and the customer service is truly second to none. We can't wait to go and pick up our photos. The ONE and only thing I would have to grumble about, would be the lack of tissues in the private viewing room! Because I was a sobbing wreck when I saw how beautiful our photos were 😂 Thank you so much Olive Tree photography for a truly magical experience. Rachel and Jess, you are a credit to the team!

I visited the studio yesterday with my baby being a cake smash model and i recieved a voucher. I paid a deposit and decided to travel the 35 minutes to attend. However the day before i had read a few negative reviews and was therefore dubious about the experience and was worried, yet still attended. Oh wow. So my one bit of advice - do not listen to these reviews!! The session from start to finish was amazing. Professional and so lovely. Due to me travel so far the girls shown me my images on the day and they were beautiful! At NO POINT was I pressured into buying more than I could afford, i mean i wanted too I really did but I couldn't and the staff all respected that. They still give me the most lovely day with my girl and I would recommend to anyone 💖

My parents were allowed in too, which put us at ease knowing we had other people to help get Ronan to smile too. We was asked if we wanted to stay the same day to view the images. The slideshow that Rachel created off all of the photos of us as a family and Ronan's cake smash was outstanding. I would have loved to buy them all but we had a budget we wanted to stick to. Rachel was so understanding and helped us create the perfect deal and canvas for our family home. I would highly recommend Olive Tree Studios and hope to use them again in the future.

We had an amazing time yesterday after winning a voucher for our twins cake smash, Jess took some amazing photos that we will treasure forever! All the girls are really lovely and helpful, making sure we were involved all the way through. We managed to squeeze in with only a short wait and was able to view pictures same day as we traveled a while to get them done. We had planned to only buy 1 or 2 of our favourite photos but ended up buying all on a disk! You never get the same moment twice so we went all out on them! We recently had an amazing photoshoot to celebrate our little Olivia turning 2 and honestly it was the most amazing day, we got lots of photos and the place we went were so nice and patient especially since olivia kept running round the room! Initially it was a birthday cake smash photoshoot but after speaking to them we were also able to get a few family ones too! We went to see them yesterday and was welcomed into a very relaxing room and shown them all on a sideshow accompanied by music, it was all so well presented and the photos were absolutely gorgeous! I completely loved our photo experience with Olive Tree. The team where all so friendly and warming j felt instantly at ease when I arrived at the studio. Our little boy was only 5 days old at our newborn shoot (which I booked while pregnant and had to pull forward for an early arrival - again the team where fully accommodating), I was a nervous new mummy who was was slightly terrified handing over my tiny boy to a stranger and after 2 minutes in the room with Alicia I was so happy and confident in her ability I settled down on the couch and let her take full control of my newborn. I brought my son here for his 1st birthday Cake Smash. The studio was lovely and open, very modern and welcoming. I was made to feel very welcome when I arrived, and as I was on my own, the photographer and her assistant were very helpful with assisting me into the studio and when getting my son ready. I did not know what to expect... perhaps that my son would do the Cake smash and that was it... It was not like that however! I did not expect her to take a huge variety of photos and allow me to change his outfit and assist with the photos! My son absolutely loved posing in a bath, in a suitcase, and with lots of lovely props. He of course loved the cake smash the most. The cake was beautiful and colourful, and he enjoyed eating almost all of it! He was given a few different props and there was a lovely wooden ' ONE' lettering in the background and bright, colourful decorations around him. After the shoot, I cleaned my son up (remember to take a towel as it is very messy!!) and then was told that I could have my design consultation immediately afterwards as they had time, which was brilliant. They put together a beautiful slideshow of all of the photos - I cried during it because the photographer had really managed to capture my son's cheeky personality and I was just overwhelmed. The photos were varied, bright, clear and just beautiful. Everything was very clearly explained to me about the packages, and I walked away with an excellent deal which I was extremely happy with. Would definitely recommend the studio for baby photos. The staff are great with children, very patient and happy to help in any way! Many thanks Olive Tree Studios!

We booked onto a cake smash model call and received a £200 voucher to use towards the shoot and art work. From the first phone call to book a date all the way through to receiving our art work everyone has been so professional and helpful. The shoot itself was amazing and after a little conversation at the beginning to help us settle in our little boy jumped straight in front of the camera. He had so much fun, full of smile and laughter amd we also managed to get into to capture some beautiful family shots. The viewing session was also a highlight, set in a private room with a professional presentation set to music, we even got a bit emotional! I just wanted to say thankyou for making our little boys cake smash so enjoyable and capturing so many beautiful memories for us to treasure forever. Now our artwork is as promised hung pride of place in our family home xx

We had our baby girls newborn photo shoot with Alisha here and I couldn’t recommend her enough. What an amazing experience. We had to re-arrange our photoshoot a couple of times due to some complications and this wasn’t an issue. When we arrived at the studio we were looked after - made comfortable in the gorgeous studio. Alisha discussed everything that was going to happen and put myself and my partner at ease. I was apprehensive about doing the session as the past few weeks with our little girl haven’t been easy. I was really nervous about the session but it was such a lovely calm experience, I had no need to be nervous. Alisha was amazing with our little girl she had her so relaxed thoughtout the session. It is amazing to watch the skill she has with babies. Thank you so much for our wonderful experience we will cherish these memories forever. We already can’t wait to come back. 💕

Fantastic!!! Can not recommend more highly! They tailored a photo shoot session to a ‘Cat in the Hat’ theme for us as requested and it was perfect! Absolutely loved our photo shoot!!!! Gemma was amazing she was so patient with our newborn and took the most amazing pictures. We had to reschedule a few times and they were so understanding.
