Bought my camera from the Warrington store 12 months ago and have to say that the after care is amazing. I've been back a few times with questions and the staff have always been happy and willing to answer them for me. They're all very knowledgeable about the products they're selling but don't try to push you into buying anything. Both these qualities are unusual in shops these days. All staff members have been very helpful but the ones I remember are Andrea, John and Henry.

A fab little shop right in the heart of Warrington. The assistants are very helpful and knowledgeable. We needed help choosing the right accessory, they gave us good advice and we left with exactly what we needed.

Went into the Warrington branch yesterday for advice on a first DSLR camera. The lady in the brach (we never got her name) was extremely helpful and we can’t recommend them highly enough. The customer service was excellent, we weren’t pressured into buying anything but stayed there and bought our first camera from them because of this customer service.

Having been a regular customer going back to when it was a Wilding store, I've always had a very good experience at Wilkinson Warrington. I don't normally write reviews but having read some of the recent negative comments about staff in this store I feel compelled to. I bought a Panasonic DCM-FZ72 a few months ago and it has been an absolute delight. I wasn't sure which would be the most appropriate camera and thanks to the help and expertise of the staff, I now have exactly what I wanted in a camera. Knowing that I was going on holiday and with this particular camera being out of stock, the staff rushed through an order and got it in time. I felt that the customer care was excellent and staff took a real interest in making sure that I had the best camera for my needs and budget. Thank you to the Warrington Team!

Went in store on Tuesday, trying to get a photo of Everton football team from my phone and printed out....the gent who offered to help tried everything to get it from the email I received from Everton on my mobile which is a 6 plus one. I emailed the picture in the end to the store, only to find it was not a usual file format...due to being on my lunch, I left the job with my helpful guy and said I'd return after work....at five I returned to find he had managed to sort it and print it out for me.....I know have a very happy grandson who is an avid blues fan. I would like to send a special thank you to you great member of staff for going above and beyond to help, ...

I have been into the store twice, recently and the staff have been extremely helpful and friendly. I have been looking for a pre used canon DSLR and a couple of lenses. They tried to get one of the lenses from another store but unfortunately it had already been sold. They notified me immediately with a voicemail and a text and have confirmed that they are continuing to try to find what I want. They demonstrated lenses and bodies in store and gave me loads of information and advice. 10 out of 10.

Helpful staff and even though they did not stock the equipment I was looking for they pointed me in the right direction. The biggest issue I see is that online sites are so much cheaper and these cannot match a deal, I am all for "keeping it local" but I managed to get the same Lense £200 cheaper online.

I took my vintage binoculars in for cleaning, but disappointingly, despite an initial report saying they could do this, they could not. So they were returned to me untouched, but kept my £20. Not the best of experiences.
