Such an amazing day at The Fresh Academy Watford for my daughter's Team Make Over and Photoshoot. My daughter was treated like a VIP and is so natural in front of the camera. She started the day having her hair and makeup done by professional makeup artist, who asked.my daughter how she wanted her hair and then tried a couple of styles until daughter was happy!, then straight into the studio for a two hour shoot. Nick (her photographer), a over 20 year veteran in photography, was amazing and really built up my daughter's confidence. Really professional and honesty couldn't do enough to to help my daughter feel comfortable and like a supermodel. Make up was perfect, very natural for a 13 year old and took enough shots to make my final decision hard, but Charlie guided us through selection without making me feel I had to buy anything, which is very refreshing. I have absolutely no l problem recommending The Fresh Academy, I am now one popular mama and I cannot wait to see the finished photos, as the proofs were outstanding. We went for the 10 digital photo option and for the experience alone and my daughter's big grinning face, it was worth every penny

Today 19/08/2022 I visited the Fresh studio at Watford with my daughter for a belated 16th birthday photo shoot present. I was extremely impressed with every staff. Their service is par excellent and the pictures oh! Boy! so difficult to decide. A big shout out to Chloe the photographer and Jaimie the makeup artist - such finesse. Their studios are well equipped with state of the art viewing rooms. I can go on and on. Simply put exceptional service and I recommend highly - please book photo shoots there, it is indeed a cut above the rest.

I had some photos done here a few months ago as a gift from my daughters. All I can say is wow! What an amazing experience. We had the best day, the photographer made me feel at ease and really brought out the best in me. We were offered drinks throughout the day and we’re not rushed even though we arrived late for my session. All the staff were extremely friendly yet very professional. We were shown the final shots in a lovely calm relaxing room( again offered drinks)while we picked the final shots. We went through at least 100 images and still were made to feel comfortable and not rushed. We were not compelled to buy any of the pictures even after all the time and effort the company put into the shoot. However, the quality of the shots were so good it was hard not to purchase any. I’ve been back many times for various shoots and I cannot recommend this company enough. I’ve also had family member go there since to have lovely memorable moments shot such as newborn and pregnancies. Thank you Fresh academy for always delivering the best service!

Went today for a family photoshoot across 3 generations. It was brilliant, managed to get us all to smile and look at the camera at the same time which is no easy task in our family! Very relaxed but professional atmosphere and the photos were outstanding. There were so many it was hard to choose which ones we liked. Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future.

Wonderful experience. I had a Boudoir photoshoot as a gift, and I felt amazing during the shoot and the pictures are fantastic. The photographer was very professional and made me feel very at ease and was a great communicator. My make up and hair was lovely, I was a great treat and I felt beautiful. The photos are a high price when you are not used to paying for professional photography but the photos are absolutely worth the price (and appropriate price for the standard).

Absolutely an amazing experience for myself and my daughter for a mother and daughter photoshoot. From the minute we arrived to when we left. Excellent experience today at Fresh academy. The make up lady Eleanor and the hair lady (so sorry I've forgotten your name) were brilliant, really friendly and chatty and they made me look amazing, 2 lovely ladies. The photographer nick was fab, I had the boudoir shoot and he was accompanied the whole time by Charlotte. They are both brilliant. Made me feel very comfortable and were very easy to get on with, they helped with posing correctly and made sure all the lighting was perfect. It was like being on a shoot with a couple of mates, we had a laugh and they took some amazing photos. Lastly I met with Charlie who went through the images with me. He was very honest about each image and put forward his editing ideas without pushing decisions, he made sure I left totally happy with the final product. Again he was very easy to get on with. The whole experience was extremely professional, relaxed and friendly. My family are going back in August for a shoot together and I'd highly recommend the company to anyone. They provide a massive range of shoots, so get on their website check them out and book in! Thanks guys for a brilliant day :D

We booked a Capow shoot for my son, my husband and I and we had no idea how much fun we would have! The staff were so lovely, taking time to speak to my son about it, asking him questions, involving him. We got our costumes on and had the best time being photographed. The photographer was awesome, really patient with my son and made it easy. My son is still talking about it this morning and I was absolutely blown away by the photos captured of us all. It's truly an event that we will never forget. We're all crazy about Marvel and DC comics, so this was a bit of a dream come true for us. I would highly recommend Fresh Academy - the staff, the service and the fantastic fun you'll have is something you'll enjoy for a long time to come. Charlie the manager was really fun, engaged with my son in such a kid friendly way and was really fun during the showing of the photos.

Fantastic experience here today. From first contact they were friendly and helpful. Jackie who did makeup and hair was lovely and then Nick did the photos. He made me feel very relaxed and I enjoyed the whole experience. Would reccomend to anyone :)

We had a mother/daughter makeover and photo shoot voucher bought for us as a Christmas present. Our shoot was on 28/7/18. As we arrived, we were greeted by Hannah and Lauren who were both super friendly and wonderfully hospitable. Nadine and Gabi both did a wonderful job of dolling us up and making us feel very beautiful. We're both quite camera shy people however, Jade the photographer did a great job of making us feel really comfortable. The photos came out brilliantly. Despite only wanting to leave with 5, we just couldn't resist and ended up leaving with 11 prints, which Lauren also really helpfully helped us narrow down from our 50+ shots. The experience in itself was so much fun. We'd both greatly like to thank the Fresh academy staff for helping us have such a wonderful day. We can't wait to see the final product!

We have just had a three generation photo shoot that my daughters bought me for mother's day. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The make up artist, Sarah, was excellent and made us all look stunning. Jade, our photographer was lovely and very open to suggestions. We had my two year old granddaughter with us and she was treated like a princess. They were absolutely brilliant at getting stunning shots of her, even when she wasn't keen to cooperate. Having been to other reknowned photography companies, the day was definitely good value for money. We were three hours in make up and hair, the shoot was unhurried and took most of the afternoon. When it came to the horrendous decision of which photos to choose we did not feel that we were under any pressure to buy more than we could afford and there were zero interest payment plans available should you wish to spread the cost. We paid more to have digital copies so that we could divide them between us. The only reason I didn't give the experience 5 stars was that it was a long time for a two year old and a pregnant lady to.last without food and as always good quality photography is not cheap.

Visited the Fresh Academy for a model photo shoot, also included was hair and make up, a wonderful experience, the staff, photographers, make up artist, the hole team where brilliant start to finish, very accommodating, pleasant, friendly & helpful. I highly recommend the experience, whether your looking for a personal treat, a family photo shoot, or even the boudoir package. There are many back drops to choose from, the photographers have a great energy and appreciate any ideas / suggestions to help create your desired pic's and they don't disappoint! All in all a very good experience, went away with some new make up techniques & have already booked my next session!

Achieved my new year’s ambition of feeling better about my body! The boudoir shoot was fun (a little chilly at first but warmed up quickly). I felt really safe, I was guided through beautifully and didn’t feel subconscious about anything. They were great at telling me the best angles and how to do a good shot. The photos in the viewing came out really well and I’m incredibly excited to pick them up later! I can’t thank Hope enough especially, she chilled me out and made me have a fantastic time!!!!!

We had a mother and daughter makeover and photo shoot as a Christmas present. We arrived on Friday 27/7/18 and where greeted by Hannah who was great and very friendly. We then met Chloe who did our make up and hair. This was fab and sooooo relaxing. Then it was time for the shoot. Nick was the photographer assisted by Hannah. Both of us are very camera shy but we had a great time was great fun. And the end result the photos were fab. We Will be back again. Thanks to everyone at fresh academy it was a fantastic day.

We were here today, staff make you feel relaxed and are really chatty Really enjoyed the make over and photo consultation. The photographer was relaxed and put us both at ease. At the end of the session, there was no pressure to buy the photo's if you didn't want to we were taken to a viewing studio to see our pics. Very professional but at the same time very chilled. Would recommend a photo shoot to all!

I had been given a Groupon voucher for a Peggy Sue photo shoot. So excited never done anything like this before. My friend and I were greeted by a friendly member of staff who went though what I would like out of this, showed me the various package prices of what was on offer but made it very clear from the start I was under no obligation to purchase any additional prints. We were offered a drink while we waited and then taken up to hair and make up. Both the girls in there were very friendly and completed my Peggy Sue look, I have to admit I was stunned by the results, they done a really great job so much so I didn’t recognize myself. My friend and I were then taken down to the studio for the photo shoot. I changed into an outfit I had bought with me and the photographer started taking the pictures. I felt very at ease and was really enjoying the experience. I changed into a second outfit for additional pictures. We were then taken to view and decide on my free one. They were all very good and it was hard to decide, at no point was there any hard sell if you wanted additional then you could buy them same as if you only wanted the free one that was given with the Groupon Voucher then you could do that also. There was no pressure to purchase more than you wanted. I had a fantastic day and would highly recommend this to anyone Photo prices are in line with most photographers and are under no obligation to purchase additional pictures. Would like to thank Fresh Academy for a fun afternoon which I thoughly enjoyed.

We availed of the fairy themed photoshoot for our daughter. Getting to the place is a bit tricky at first as the sat nav does not take you direct to the place but keep your eyes peeled -it is is there. A visible signage would help direct newbies. There was a good selection of costumes for the kids and the shoot went really smoothly and it was a fun and pleasant experience for our family and the Lauren the photographer and Melody made us feel at ease and have excellent creative input in the poses. The next stage was with a lovely chap Nick who helped us pick the shots we want. I must say i did not intend to get anymore shots than the deal with Groupon but the raw pictures taken were really good and it was a shame not to have them. No hard sell and we took our time in choosing the right package we were happy to avail and afford. Nick gave us a good deal that was going on and explained our options clearly. Looking forward to the pics. I highly recommend this service!!!

I was given a Peggy Sue pin up photoshoot at Fresh academy for Christmas. I love the 50's style but I can be self conscious. When I went for my appointment however I was made to feel at ease. The hair and make up team were incredible and really friendly (thanks to both!) and the photographer helped me create images that looked better than I could have imagined. I'm already thinking about signing up for another! I would 100% recommend Fresh Academy.

Me, my other half and my 6 month old son was given a voucher to go and have a photoshoot done. When we got there we were looked after from the moment we walked into the door till the end of our photoshoot. We were very nervous as we didnt know what to expect and didnt know how our son was going to be. The women that explained everything to us of what we were going to do was called Charlotte, she made us feel so welcome and reassured us that everything was going to be fine. Charlotte and the man that was taking the photos accompanied her showing us all the poses we had to do and if we needed to adjust the poses. While we were have the photos taken, we were again made to feel really welcome once we had finished taking the photos, we were then asked to wait in the waiting room for Charlotte to call us when the photos were ready to be looked at. Charlotte came and called us and showed us to the room where we choose our photos. After we chose them we paid for the photos we were told we that we would get a call when the pictures were ready to be collected we said goodbye and we were shown to the door. It was an amazing experience and I would recommend going to have a photoshoot done with fresh Academy

I had a great experience during my photo shoot last Sunday. The team of Fresh was very professional and enthusiastic. I needed images for my professional business portfolio, and despite the fact that they specialize in photo shoots for models, they did exactly what I needed exceeding my high expectations! It seemed very rushed and blurry in places so I requested the originals and will see if I can get them retouched myself. Apart from that I had a good experience with Fresh.

Easy to park and great photographic station areas but overpriced for product and a long wait for products. No individual prices for prints. You are looking at least £300 plus for a small package or canvas/prints. Photographer clearly didn't have children and was impatient. She was short and rude to the assistant who was there to help. The assistant herself was nice and polite. I have been elsewhere locally for half the price and quicker turn around for photos.
