We would very much highly recommend Jo. She was brilliant from start to finish. Giving great advice on the location and coordination of outfits, to helping with the style of photo products and frames, and ensuring we were happy with the final product, which of course are absolutely wonderful. My partner isn’t the sort of person for photo shoots, but easily settled in to it, and my daughter does not follow instructions well or sit still for 5 seconds, but that’s all the fun of it. The photos brought out the cheeky side, and also Jo managed to capture some beautiful natural photos of my daughter.

I have only positive to things to say about our experience with Jo from start to finish. From the beginning Jo was prompt to respond and help make arrangements for our photoshoot. She took the time to speak with me on the phone and understand a bit more about our children. Having explained that our younger son was a little more shy at first, Jo was so respectful and gave him space and time to warm up to her, it didn’t take long! She was brilliant with the children throughout and made them both feel so comfortable. Now…the photos…what can I say?! Beyond what we could have hoped for! Every image is stunning and so the only negative thing that I could say is that we had no choice but to purchase them all! Jo has so beautifully captured us as a family and as individuals and we cannot wait to hang our pictures up. Thank you so much Jo xx

My wife found Jo via a search for local photographers as we wanted to get some graduation shots of our daughter. Unfortunately lockdown did not allow us to travel to her university, so we needed somebody that was prepared to take some green screen shots and then superimpose them onto university backdrops (think Hogwartsesque). Thankfully Jo was totally game to have a go. As the day approached we got slightly apprehensive as Jo had suggested that she would also take some family shots, which would be a challenge for us we are not known for our love of being in front of a camera. However, we should not have worried as Jo was brilliant and we had quite a laugh doing it. We also joined in as photographer’s assistants when the green screen came out, as it did on many occasions. Jo had also pre-planned what she wanted to do on the day so no guess work was required, and thankfully the weather on the day was great. When we received the proofs we were ecstatic and as for the green screen shots, well nobody has worked out that they were not at the university! Our dealings with Jo have been a real pleasure throughout the process and, on the day of the shoot, she really managed to make us relaxed which certainly came across in the final shots.
