We are selling a flat with a new lease. Firstly, Emzo prepared the estate agent plan and property photos which are the best quality I’ve seen anywhere. On recommendation from the estate agent, I then used them to draw up a Land Registry lease compliant plan which was done very speedily and accurately. I have had lease plans drawn up in the past by other firms but this was a far easier process, extremely reasonable by comparison and much quicker. They are great to deal with and I have no hesitation recommending Emzo. Emma was very helpful and expert.
