What could I possibly say about Kathryn besides she was the whole package and more! Pre-wedding plans were an ease, she was incredibly responsive and helpful during the busyness of preparing for the day. When you meet Kathryn, she gives an aura of calmness and comfort. She was incredibly friendly and gaged the environment very well. We was lucky to marry in the woods on a sunny Spring day (not so heard of in this country huh!?) but her angles captured the trees beautifully and the expressions of the moments perfectly! I think if I could go back and do it all over again, I would opt for a few more group pictures. Its quite ease to miss guests without the group shots (that was our choice not to have them), so perhaps that would be something for future couples to consider. However everyone that has seen her pictures has complimented them, and those I received I cannot fault! Love them! Thank you Kathryn, from, the Barlows xx

Kathryn was our wedding photographer on 30 October 2021. I initially found her on instagram after beginning my hunt for a stand out photographer and I was blown away by her pictures. They were such unbelievable quality and the shots were so relaxed and effortless, not your typical ‘posed’ wedding photos. I contacted her and luckily she agreed to shoot our wedding! This was mid pandemic so we did our initial meeting via Zoom. I liked Kathryn immediately. She is warm, friendly, relaxed and she listened to our vision of what we wanted on our wedding day - relaxed, informal and not a lot of posed photos. We didn’t really want loads of group shots of family etc, we just wanted more natural shots and Kathryn said this would be no problem at all. We got married at 4pm so we were a little pushed for time before we lost the light, but there wasn’t a single second where we felt rushed or directed - Kathryn worked with us to get every shot that we wanted (and more!!). She is extremely organised - arranging the specific shots we wanted before the day so she knew what to do when, and she is incredibly assertive in organising the guests without being overbearing. I barely noticed her being there for most of the day which is a massive complement. We got our photos last week and we were absolutely blown away. They are absolutely beautiful. But we are not surprised - Kathryn is an exceptionally talented photographer and a lovely person and we are so lucky we got to have her shoot our special day. I would (and have!) recommend(-ed) you to absolutely everyone! Thank you so much Kathryn! 5***** xxx

Firstly, we are just SO glad we found Kathryn. Our experience with Kathryn was a pleasure from start to finish. We decided on a last minute ‘just the two of us’ wedding and after a few Google searches and Instagram stalks - we found Kathryn. Communication was professional and speedy - it was a breeze organising and planning our day with Kathryn. I was feeling quite nervous about ‘posing’ on the day of the wedding but after a few minutes in I almost forgot the camera was there - Kathryn made us feel so at ease with friendly conversation and plenty of laughs. After the wedding communication was still brilliant and Kathryn went above and beyond to ensure we received sample photos on the evening of our big day as Kathryn was aware we wanted to share a few snaps with our families! We didn’t have to wait long for the full album either and it was even better than we expected. The photos were varied and captured our day and how we felt perfectly - they were intimate and romantic. It’s safe to say it’s going to be incredibly hard picking which will make the album as they’re all stunning. Thanks again for everything Kathryn and we cannot recommend you enough!

Kathryn was our incredible wedding photographer. We couldn’t ask for anything more than what Kathryn has done for us. She took the time to get to know us and put us at ease. She is so calm and professional and the images she produced for us are amazing. She is so kind and was incredibly patient with us when we didn’t feel confident in front of the camera. The gallery itself that you are able to view the images on is really user friendly and made it an ease to share with our friends and family. The photo album that Kathryn produced for us with Folio albums is incredible and we will cherish it forever. I can’t wait to ask Kathryn to photograph us again in the future. Kathryn was the photographer for our small wedding in December 2021. We opted for a pre-wedding shoot as well a few months before as we wanted to be able to utilise her other speciality as a dog photographer as well as getting some posing practice in before the big day! I would highly recommend doing this to other couples as it was a lovely chance to get to know Kathryn away from the hecticness of the actual wedding day, and helped me and my fiance know what poses worked for us and helped us be a lot more confident and relaxed. On the wedding day Kathryn joined us before the ceremony, high up on the Yorkshire moors at our venue, where it was so windy it felt like we were in the middle of a hurricane! However Kathryn very calmly went along with my request to still have all our group photos outside, and was able to capture amazing shots in very difficult conditions. She then accompanied us to the registry office for the ceremony, and was able to capture so many lovely moments throughout with us barely noticing she was in the room. We are so thrilled with all of the photos, they are all so relaxed and there is so much laughter and happiness in every one which is exactly how I remember the day. Thank you so much Kathryn!

Perfect! That’s how I would describe our time with Kathryn. I found her on Instagram and one of her posts really resonated with me and after we spoke via zoom I knew she would capture the magic that was our wedding day. I really recommend the pre wedding photo shoot it helped us get used to being photographed but also be natural and ourselves in the day. We were blown away by our photos, Kathryn captured every single beautiful essence of the day, every time I look at our photos I cry and smile because they take me right back to those magical moments. She is a wonderfully creative person and a her photography is just stunning. She’s friendly, warm and lovely to chat to. Kathryn captured our wedding in August 2021 beautifully, but that's just the tip of the iceberg of how amazing she is. From our first contact with her we were taken by how friendly, approachable yet thorough and professional she was. We were drawn to how she takes pride in her work and captures all the natural little moments that other photographers might miss, not to mention the gorgeous styling of her final pictures. When the pandemic began 5 months before our original wedding date, Kathryn was straight in touch with us and all of her clients to inform us of what was happening with the wedding industry and offered advice on how best to proceed. Her communication was faultless throughout and it was clear she only wanted what was best for her couples. She became our Covid-postponement sounding board and showed great patience with all of our (probably daft) questions. We had a lovely day out in the dales for our pre-wedding shoot, as did our cocker spaniel Sam. (Kathryn has another business as the Yorkshire Dog Photographer). We were already well at ease with Kathryn even though it was only our second meeting with her in person, but it helped us feel more at ease being professionally photographed. On the wedding day itself Kathryn blended into the background to capture moments throughout, but was never far away when there was a chance for some nice poses (especially when the dog came for his special guest appearance!). Our final photographs are simply stunning, and Kathryn is now designing us a photobook containing our favourites. Hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. Kathryn was a dream to work with from start to finish and the photos speak for themselves! Kathryn managed to catch everything, from the big moments to the little moments and everything in between (even things we missed). She did this all whilst also being discrete, she was everywhere and nowhere all at the same time. After the wedding we ordered some beautiful, Yorkshire made, photo albums through her. She captured our day perfectly and all the emotions that came with it. We could not recommend more highly.

Wow- we really couldn’t be happier with our wedding photographs! From the moment Kathryn popped her head around the door as I was getting ready with my bridal party, I knew we were going to have a great day with her. Straight away, she put us naturally at ease, with her great sense of humour and caring, non- invasive manner, she instantly remembered everything that was special for us to include. All of the wedding party commented on how lovely and professional Kathryn was and how much they enjoyed having their photographs taken! When we received our wedding collection, we could not believe just how incredible they were. The most perfect representation of our day. The attention to detail was amazing! Kathryn was a pleasure to deal with, she was very organised before the day and on the wedding day she never got in the way. She recorded the event in a very friendly and professional manner.
