After a few years of running, interspersed with frequent injuries, I have now been running injury free for 15 months. Attending the Unlace the Brace online class and continuing with the accompanying e-book has undoubtedly been a major contributor in ensuring I have enjoyed this new experience of 'running without injury'.
The Unlace the Brace course is extremely well taught and demonstrated by James Cruickshank. Each class last about 25 minutes, so it can be accommodated into life's busy schedule. A wide variety of exercises ensure that a wide range of muscle groups are worked.
I would highly recommend James Cruickshank and the Unlace the Brace course to runners of all ages and abilities.

I followed the Running from Injury programme with physiorun having had a great experience with his previous programme Unlace the Brace. I've suffered knee issues in the past and the programme came as a great way for me to properly manage my training volume with relevant exercises for a runner. physiorun and his programme are excellent - a real safety net that kept me confident and reassured that I was doing the work important for a runner. Particularly important in busy lives where the 1%s count but when time is a limited resource, you want to spend it wisely. I've continued a bulk of the programme since, incorporating it into my weekly schedule. Both Running from Injury and Unlace The Brace are top programmes from an expert you can trust.

Just booked my third block of Running from Injury S&C classes with James. Thoroughly enjoying the varied and entertaining weekly workouts targeted at developing individual running muscles alongside a balanced core session. Great classes that really complement my overall plan

I came across the Unlace The Brace eBook when I was looking for help with foot pain. Being on my feet a lot and in work shoes for long periods, I had developed heel pain. Since completing the 30 day plan my pain is better controlled but I also have great drills to help daily with my feet. A really useful resource to have as I can take offshore and use on my iPad to run through the drills. I Highly recommend Unlace The Brace.

I recently got back into running after taking many years off due to severe pain in my foot. I have always loved running and it was difficult for me not to be able to do so. After working with other physios in the past with no improvements on the target areas, I was hesitant to start running again. I was recommended unlace the brace from a friend whose old sports injury healed after completing the plan. I thought I’d give physio treatment one more try and couldn’t be happier I did. Finally, after years of pain my foot feels recovered and I have found my love for running again. Thank you James and unlace the brace!

The Running from Injury classes have helped me build strength and fitness for an ambitious hill running training programme. James is an excellent teacher, and the exercises and training are creative, challenging and focussed on building strength and fitness in key areas to minimise injury risk and keep you improving as a runner.

Im not a big fan of traditional 'exercise classes' but i love this class because it's all specific to my running and it is really helping me identify and strengthen weak areas. I can't always make the live classes due to the school run so it's great to have the option to do it at a time that suits me too.

Running From Injury - part of my weekly routine now and i’ll continue to sign up. There is no way I would ever push myself this hard in my S&C sessions on my own.
Even better when you do the session with others.
Good job James 🙌🏻
