Was so pleased to see Kate was carrying on her postnatal Pilates class. My second time attending these with baby number 2. Kate is super experienced, knowledgeable and is great navigating the class with the little ones. I’ve really felt the benefits health wise on a number of aspects, as well as meeting some lovely mums. It’s a safe return to fitness to get your confidence back to move into other training. Laura and Kate make you feel at ease and the studio is great. Extra bonus having the railway line for a walk and Box Car for a well earned treat afterwards!

I attended a Mummy MOT session with Laura and have now started the postnatal reformer classes. The Mummy MOT was a fantastic session and I’d recommend for anyone who has just had a baby. It was very thorough and left me confident knowing how I am recovering and aware of what I should be focussing on when restarting exercise. The reformer class was also excellent. It is nice to be surrounded by other new mums, there is no issue if baby becomes unsettled and the class itself was the perfect level for postnatal recovery. It’s also so reassuring to be exercising under the supervision of a physio. I look forward to attending more.

Absolutely love the reformer classes! I did a beginners block and have since continued. Such a lovely environment, the instructors are fab and we can have a little laugh when I am still not 100% sure what I am doing! Just wish I could attend the classes more often - I would be doing a session everyday if I could! Cannot recommend enough.

Great - have been going to beginner classes (along with wife) and the instructor (Leigh) is excellent, knowledgable and attentive. Being new to Pilates the class size seems perfect (4-6... which now seems to be a steady four in our case) and all equipment is provided. Just turn up and enjoy. Will be hopefully signing up for further classes once these are complete.

Love this class! It's as gentle or as challenging as you want it to be. If you're brand new to Pilates, Lynn will be there to guide you through it every step of the way. And if you're experienced at Pilates, but maybe took a short (or long!) break, this is a great class to get back into the swing of things. Highly recommend!

I am really enjoying the reformer for runners with Laura and I felt the benefits from the first session! Laura explains the exercises so well that I find it very easy to follow. I also like that you can change the resistance and make the workout more adapted to your needs. I thoroughly recommend it!

Absolutely fantastic online Pilates classes. Would highly recommend. Come away from the class feeling like I've worked hard but also feel de-stressed too. Great flexibility offered with the classes too as if you find you can't make it last minute then the class gets sent to you via email so you can do it at a more convenient time.

An amazing place! Laura is the best pilates instructor I had since now. The studio is very nice and clean and also keeps all the regulations due to covid. All the classmates I met so far are very nice and kind.
Even for me which I am new Laura makes all the exercises look so easy, explains everything and keeps an eye on everybody separately.
I enjoy the classes very much and everytime I am looking forward for the next one.

So far I have attended 3 Reformer for runners sessions. I really enjoy them. Laura pushes you to do your best and shares how you can do similar exercises at home without a reformer. It’s great to be working on the muscle groups needed for running, fantastic for strength and stability. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to add something to enhance their running regime.

I started Pilates classes online with Laura at the beginning of lockdown and really love my weekly online classes. They challenge me and I learn new things pretty much in every class. Laura is so encouraging and makes the classes fun.
Also I have been to see Laura for a face to face physio appointment. She was very professional and the treatment for my ankle injury was excellent. Can't fault anything and would highly recommend her to those looking for a physio.

I saw Laura for an ankle problem a couple of years ago. Her assessment was thorough and professional. She provided me with a set of exercises and reviewed me regularly, ensuring I was doing them properly. Happy to say that my ankle is much better as is my glute strength on the affected side which was the cause of the problem in the first case. I would highly recommend Laura for anyone with musculo-skeletal issues.
I also attend her online pilates class on Saturday mornings which is fantastic for increasing core muscle strength and preventing injuries.
