Victoria is truly incredible.
She goes above and beyond to help you.
Victoria makes you feel so relaxed and at ease when in her company. Victoria is friendly, approachable, professional and is full of information and knowledge to help you understand, manage and better your own situation. She provides information to continue the progress and journey at home to best support clients.
I can't thank her enough for the support and service I have received since the birth of my son.

I cannot recommend Victoria highly enough. There are many practitioners who are extremely competent in their field of work and Victoria is certainly one of them. But there is something very special about her. It's hard to put into words what exactly it is. It's her caring, warm personality and an excellent ability to truly put you at ease. She has helped me enormously and I'm extremely grateful.

I found Victoria online after I felt nervous that I might have a prolapse. She was very kind in her interactions with me, highly professional and incredibly knowledgeable. She was very gentle with all examinations and made me feel really at ease. I have learnt so much about my pelvic floor and it has been such an eye opener and so empowering for me. I would highly recommend Victoria.

I was a patient of Victoria's for many months throughout my pregnancy and postpartum and I can emphatically say that her expertise, support, and kindness was so hugely beneficial to my wellbeing during this time.
Her approach is holistic and thoughtful, and I'm certain that anyone receiving her care would feel as though their worries were fully addressed and indeed any problems made eminently more manageable through her treatment and kind encouragement.
I am so glad that I was a patient of hers, there is no one better to have on your side through such a challenging period of physical and mental transition - I highly recommend her.

I’m so grateful to Victoria for helping me. She is hugely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and empathetic and explains things very clearly. I was able to put into practice her guidance which solved my problems. I would whole-heartedly recommend Victoria - I wish I’d made an appointment sooner as I feel so much happier in myself as a result of her treatment.

After having my son by C section I saw Victoria for three sessions, to assess and work on my core muscles and pelvic floor. She was absolutely lovely and clearly very knowledgeable in this area, and she took a holistic approach to assess and treat me. She set me some exercises to do, checked in on my progress and that I was doing them correctly and was confident to continue independently. Highly recommend!

Victoria is so kind and welcoming, she makes you feel totally at ease. She is highly knowledgeable and really cares about her patients.
I can’t recommend her enough!

Victoria is a fantastic physiotherapist and has helped me immensely over the last six months. Following repeated pelvic issues, I found Victoria on a Google search and was immediately impressed by her CV and reviews. On our first appointment, she put me at ease straight away and was quick to get to the root of the problem. She's kind, supportive and her attention to detail is outstanding. Although I no longer need to go for regular sessions, I know that she is always there if I need her and I can't thank her enough for her care. Highly recommend.

I cannot thank this lady enough for helping me finally get sorted with the issues I have had since giving birth 6 months ago . Her knowledge about pelvic conditions is absolutely amazing ,and I wish I would have had such expertise advice prior to having children, as I think it would have helped massively to gain such knowledge beforehand .
Victoria has made me feel so at ease while always remaining so professional , which has helped even just with my confidence especially after giving birth .
I really do feel that there should be a service that offers women such advice by a professional expert about not only what to do after giving birth but also prior , as it really does make a huge difference .
So for anyone looking for expert professional advice about such conditions even including types of exercises to help with the core then this is the lady to get in touch with !
An amazing professional experience .
Thank you so very much .

I can not recommend Victoria enough, I never knew this service was available for my situation.
Coming from being a surviver of abuse and undergoing a hysterectomy, to find someone like Victoria who understood me and where I was coming from, she was so patient with me and gentle took me through the process, showing me a way through and out.
This included person physiotherapy to be carried out at home, listening to my fears and providing a solution, showing me how to use the tools I needed to accomplish my goal.
Thanks to Victoria I am now able to set a date for my wedding.
Highly recommend this service, it has been invaluable to me, I have been able to heal in more ways than just physical.
Thank you so much Victoria

Victoria Muir gave me invaluable help in my recovery from prostate surgery. After surgery I had trouble developing a routine for Kegel exercises, which are critical to recovering continence. She taught me how to do the exercises and gave me a daily routine that I've fitted into my schedule. The results have been great, and I'm now back to normal, four months after the surgery. And Victoria is not only great at what she does, she is friendly and kind too. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

After 20 years of suffering with pelvic floor issues, harsh delivery of a 10lb baby and 2 operations I have not had the confidence to address the issues I have had. Victoria was recommended to me by my surgeon after recently undertaking another procedure. Victoria is very knowledgeable and has had the greatest empathy in understanding my needs. She has put me at ease during examinations with awareness of the recent procedure and has been a fabulous support at getting me through a difficult time. She is now giving me the knowledge of how to take care of myself and is giving me hope for the future. I am so glad I've found her.

I can't praise Victoria enough! She is so kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She makes me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend her to anybody with pelvic floor issues.

As a long term vulvadynia suffer, I have prolong bouts of pain. Victoria was recomened to me by a Consultant Gynocologist. I first visited Victoria 4 months ago, and the difference this has made to me and my wellbeing is remarkedable. I found Victoria to be knowledgeable, experienced, concidered, calming and understanding, yet at the same time asscertive, which gave me confidence. From our first meeting I knew that Victoria completely understood my condition, and has given me both pratical advice and exercises to follow, checking my understanding and follows up with notes. As with all treatments it helps if you are open minded and determind to find a solutions and put in the time and effort in between appoinments. i am now able to manage my condition and my level of pain as reduced cconciderably. I would highly recomend Victoria.

As a woman in her late 60’s with a prolapse I was not looking forward to my first consultation with Victoria mainly due to the “dreaded” internal examination.
However Victoria quickly put me at ease and I soon realised my fears were unfounded. I have learnt a lot and by following her advice and exercise routines have seen a great improvement in my condition.

I have been a patient at the pelvic health clinic for over a year now and
wanted to recommend Victoria's hard work and professionalism when dealing with me. She is very friendly and polite, puts you at ease straight away. She has helped me with my issues and got me back fighting fit again.
I am incredibly grateful for the work she had done with me and
i would definitely recommend her services to anyone in need.

Victoria is a real expert in her profession. I am really happy that I was able to find her as she helped not only with pelvic floor issues, but her kindness and positivity and friendliness improved my mental health too. She is really amazing!!

The best physiotherapist that I've ever had! She is an amazing person, careful and kind, offering a lot of useful information and exercises. She's extraordinary at what she's doing! I recommend with all my heart! She will change your life!

Victoria is wonderful! She has helped me enormously since the birth of my daughter. She is so knowledgeable, supportive, enthusiastic, and professional. Without her encouragement and help my recovery would not have progressed anywhere near as well as it has. She has done wonders for my confidence already and it's a real privilege to work with her.

Victoria discusses the bodies functions (and malfunctions) frankly and openly. She gave me help and advice on managing my levator ani syndrome so that I feel less stressed about it. The pain is reduced and occurs less frequently. I have tried other treatments and therapies but none so effective.

Victoria is, quite simply, an excellent practitioner. She was recommended to me by my surgeon ahead of surgery to repair a pelvic organ prolapse and I saw her over a period of months pre-surgery. In one sense it’s easy to quantify her effectiveness: the surgery and recovery went without complication and, five years on, I can honestly say it’s been life-changing. What’s harder to quantify, but was just as important, was the genuine care she showed from the very first appointment regarding my emotional wellbeing as well as my physical rehabilitation and recovery. Given the intimate nature of the treatment and the damage caused by the rather vigorous delivery of a 10lb baby, I was enormously grateful for her sensitive, intelligent and practical approach - and remain so. She is bright, knowledgeable and empathetic and has the very highest standards for her patients and I recommend her unreservedly.

Victoria is a wonderful physiotherapist, a credit to the industry. Her wide knowledge, experience and kind natured manner make you feel at ease whilst she treats you. Would highly recommend her for post natal care.

Victoria has an excellent and caring manner. She makes you feel at ease whilst dealing with such a personal and intimate situation. Her attitude is always positive and encouraging and she achieves great results, I would wholeheartedly recommend her

I was recommended by my lovely post natal fitness instructor to see Victoria after the birth of my second child. 3 months post birth and my pelvic floor was lost. Emergency forceps delivery had definitely damaged my pelvic floor and Tena lady was my best friend. It wasn’t until I saw Victoria that I realised how much of the connection I had lost. She worked with me and helped me re-form my neural connection (I didn’t know this was a thing until I found it again!) and strengthen my weakened pelvic floor muscles so I am now able to be a mum, do exercise classes and overall have a better quality of life then I would have done if I had accepted that this was my fate. I was determined not to be wearing panty liners for the rest of my life and I have Victoria to thank for that! I cannot recommend her enough, she is extremely well qualified, knowledgable and so supportive as she helps you work towards your goal.

Victoria is very knowledgable and professional in her approach. She shows great empathy towards her patients. She is genuinely interested in making you feel better and will go the extra mile to help in any way she can. I would highly recommend Victoria.

Highly recommended pelvic physiotherapist who treats her patients holistically.
After having a baby I was left with pelvic floor dysfunction that caused me anxiety and sometimes embarrassment.
Victoria has transformed my pelvic floor and given me the skills, hints and tips to further improve it.
Don’t be left thinking Tena lady and incontinence is normal, it’s not.
We spend money on expensive shampoos, skin care and gym membership but walk around with incontinence, If you want to invest in yourself book a few sessions with Victoria, it’ll make such a difference 🙏🏼

I can’t recommend Victoria highly enough. Her vast knowledge of this very intimate subject is equally matched by the care and attention she gives to her patients.
The sessions are highly informative you leave feeling recharged and ready to take on the next challenge.
Thank you so much for your support.

I went to Victoria as I wanted to get back into running properly after having my daughter. I am now back to running 4 times a week with no problems and a year ago would not have believed this possible. Victoria is knowledgable, supportive and realistic in her approach and understanding. Every woman should see her after pregnancy, a must in my eyes! Thank you :)

Victoria is fantastic. I felt comfortable with her from the minute I met her. It is such an intimate situation but I have so much confidence in her work.
She is so knowledgeable in her field, helpful and prompt with her timekeeping. Thankyou Victoria. See you again in a few weeks 👍🏼

Two large babies with one quite difficult birth damaged my pelvic floor muscles. I ignored the odd stress incontinence accident and pretended nothing was wrong, but when I hit the menopause things started to go downhill rapidly. The list of things I could no longer do due to stress incontinence quickly grew. It was embarrassing and humiliating and had a detrimental effect on my confidence and mental health. Wearing incontinence pads every day at the age of 50 was not something I was prepared to do. I wanted to be able to dance crazily at parties without consequences! I sought help from my local GP and was referred to Victoria Muir, a physiotherapist who is passionate about, and specialises in, pelvic floor health. I realised that completely neglecting my pelvic floor muscles for the past 20 years had been a terrible decision.
Through Victoria’s expert care over several months , I learnt how to do pelvic floor exercises properly and sustainably. Her care was 2nd to none - she was open and respectful and took time to understand me as an individual so she could give me the best help - for the short term and for the future. For me, the damage meant I needed an operation to lift the neck of my bladder. This coupled with my newfound ability and commitment to do my pelvic floor exercises EVERYDAY, mean I’m now completely dry!
I cannot over emphasise the positive effect this has had on my overall well-being. It’s down to the expertise and care of both Victoria and the surgeon (Sarah Reynolds) and for my part, a lot of squeezing, lifting and relaxing of those pelvic floor muscles. Thank you Victoria!

When I started seeing Victoria my son was 18 months old and my pelvic floor was really weak. I couldn't run, jump or sneeze without incidents. During my first consultation she asked what I would consider fixed and I said to be able to start running again and laughed as 3 other physio's said I wouldn't be able to. 5 months later and I am running 3 times a week, I even leapfrogged something today. I can cartwheel! I haven't felt this strong in years. I am so grateful.

Victoria is a highly respected and knowledgable physiotherapist who is well liked by her patients and colleagues. I would have no hesitation in referring my patients to her and recommending her to my colleagues.

So many of us suffer with continence issues and think we just have to 'put up with it'. Victoria makes it plain that this is not the case and we CAN deal with it.
Victoria is so knowledgeable and approachable - don't be worried that you'll be embarrassed ... you won't be.
