Deirdre Heaney came to my home recently and carried out an assessment on my physical needs to determine what changes/implementations would best support me. Deirdre showed thoughtfulness not only to my physical needs but also empathised with the emotional impact of my limited abilities. Her advice was practical and she also recommended some small changes that I hadn’t even considered. Following the assessment Deirdre emailed me some links where I could purchase some items that would help me. And she also contacted the local District O.T to follow up with the bigger changes that I require made around the home. Deirdre is competent and professional whilst kind and caring.
