Excellent service and treatment! Namir communicated every step of the treatment giving me a deep understanding of the source of the problem. I was suffering from severe back, neck and shoulder pain, which he managed to completely aided in that 60 minutes. I had gone a few days ago and genuinely still feel that fresh baby feeling. The whole experience was just impeccable. Motion Therapy is the place! I highly recommend.

I highly recommend. I had recently gone for my first body massage after years of weightlifting. My muscles were becoming tense, I had a bit of shoulder and knee pain too. He was able to diagnose me well, helped identify the cause of my pains and made me feel extremely better afterwards. I left the room feeling significantly different. He is friendly too.

Just went for a treatment with Namir . The man is a flippen magician !!! Ive had constant shoulder and neck pain for a good long while now and thought a big old deep back massage was what i needed but no , i needed Namir . He amazed me with his treatment . Found the root of the problem and with some manipulation sorted out the problems ( im not doing him justice with my basic language !) He explains what he is doing and why . Its so very interesting . Ive walked out and can honestly say i feel all new again . Like hes given me fresh parts ! Thank you so much .Cant recommend highly enough . Will defo be back .

I’ve had several treatments at Motion Therapy for a long term persistent back problem which started when I was pregnant and stayed with me after I gave birth. I’ve tried numerous spas and massage therapists but always felt that they never hit the spot. But Namir was able to find the source of the problem, treating it with stretches, massage and a gentle exercise plan which aided my full recovery. I’m so grateful for the help he’s given me and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

I arrived nervous to my appointment with the ongoing issue with my left shoulder after A in-depth consultation and explanation of my problem treatment was given I soon started to see Steady progress throughout my 60 minute treatment my shoulder definitely felt better my end of Session I was able to move my shoulder with a lot less pain I will definitely see namir again and I recommend his services
