Great company with a great service. Very convenient in regards to location as they have a few. The booking app is straight forward offering reminders too. Most injuries were healed on the day, long term injuries requires regular visits. Qas is highly experienced and very calm in the way he addresses the situation, putting the patient at ease. A lot of people do think this sort of service does not work, and I was one of them. But now I have been visiting this place for 2 years and never ever had an issue, if anything i have seen results. I do believe that to get a feel of a proper treatment you have to follow the after care exercises at home or else you will keep injuring your self.

I attended Optimum Physio for a shoulder muscle issue. The service I received was assured, caring and professional. Not only did I receive treatment for the issue, Fas also also took the time to explain the causes of the issue as well as advice on what exercises to undertake to help avoid future re-occurrences. Overall very pleased and I would not hesitate to refer anybody to Optimum Physio.

Visited Optimum Physio for a knee problem and I simply wish I had gone to see them earlier. The staff were not just knowledgeable about what was causing the pain but very informative in what exercises I need to do to address the issue. 3 years ago, I was suffering from a tennis elbow injury. The pain was bad and there were days that I couldn’t pick my baby up. A friend of mine recommended Qasim and Optimum Physio. After just one acupuncture session the pain that had been affecting my life for months, disappeared overnight. Optimum Physio has helped me with a long standing shoulder impingment issue which have caused me problems with sleep as well as limiting my ability to take part in weight training and boxing workouts. The exercises prescribed by Qasim have helped me improve flexibility and strengthen my shoulder as well delivering the massage treatments to rectify the problem. I injured my ankle playing football three years ago. Had an operation which didn’t work properly. Had it done a year ago which was more successful. Thought to myself football days are gone but as long as I can get back to roadrunning I will be content with that. Had many physios over the years. But Quasim has done a level of therapy I’ve never witnessed before. I’m now roadrunning. And there is a possibility I could play football again if I personally want to take the risk. Had trouble with my neck for months kept putting it off thinking it'll eventually go away, but soon it got so bad I couldn't sleep on my left side nor could i turn my neck in that direction. Qasim was great, recognised the problem in the consultation and begin treatment straight away. He gave me advice on how to strengthen the area in between sessions which accelerated recovery further.
