Following a dislocated shoulder during a football game. I was in need of guidance and assistance to minimise recovery times. Following our session I immediately felt the improvements. I will definitely be back for another session, and should be back playing in no time!

First time I’ve been to this studio and I had a very warm welcome. I had a sports massage here and it was phenomenal. Ricara is a really good masseuse and she is so lovely, I’ve already recommended her services to my friends and family. To be really professional is one thing but to have amazing customer service with that is something else. Definitely booking again. Keep it up!

Ricara was great. You can really tell the difference after her lymphatic drainage massages and I felt much better after each one (so much that I travelled a 2hr round trip for each one.) She also offers a variety of appointment times for those that work normal office hours which is great too and I felt left really comfortable with her as she’s really easy to talk to. Thanks Ricara. Amazing and very professional and friendly service I had lipo in turkey and came to Rj.physiothetapist for Lymfatic drainage massage … I was very very nervous of who I chose for this treatment but I’m so happy that I went there ….. she is incredible and I had the best night sleep after and also my swelling reduced straight away … I highly recommend her to everyone ;-)

I have had 2 massages / sports therapy treatments from Ricara and both times i have left the physio table feeling a lot better than when i arrived. Her professionalism is amazing, she is punctual and polite and makes you feel warm, welcome and safe. Her attention to detail is at a very high standard! She knows everything what is going wrong within my body and always provides solutions which are based on sound technical knowledge. It is very unlikely if you had any treatment from Ricara, you would ever go elsewhere.
