Excellent physiotherapists - I’ve been to see Steve Trapp after a referral for my right knee pain. Steve requested to see my MRI report after my initial consultation and it turned out I had torn my calf muscle. Steve explained my MRI report in detail so I could understand my condition, Steve is very knowledgeable and friendly. After doing some regular stretches and ultrasound treatment my knee healed very quickly. For me this is quite an achievement as I do normally take a while to recover from strains and pains so Steve clearly knows what he’s doing! I then went on to sprain my ankle and told Steve and he was super helpful again. He explained what had happened in my foot, he gave me treatment and advise - I have had an incredibly quick turn around on recovery, I’m so impressed. I would highly recommend Steve Trapp - I am so pleased that I have found this gem of a place.

Both Andy and Steven have a wealth of knowledge. After many unsuccessful medical assessments and attempts at a return to football (which was hampered by a midfoot injury) I eventually saw the BPC team who identified a subluxation of my cuboid. One manipulation (and large *clunk* later) I noticed my comfort bearing weight on my foot had improved. Within a fortnight I was back playing competitive sport without symptoms (a huge relief given I had not been able to kick a ball for 3 months or so). 5* sports injury specialists.

I've been going to BPC for a while now and I can't recommend Andy and the team enough! I've seen plenty of NHS Physiotherapists, Chiropractors and Osteopaths before but they all try to fix you with a single approach. With BPC I've had chiropractic treatment, acupuncture, electroacupunture, taping and ViMove analysis on a number of injuries/problems. The advantages of seeing somebody that can offer a bespoke treatment depending on your needs rather than making a treatment fit you is invaluable. I went in recently with Sciatica unable to stand up straight without pain, sit down comfortably without getting pins and needles in my foot, but after 30 minutes of treatment I was back to normal.

I've been suffering from lower back pain which would shoot down my leg when sitting down. I've had it for a year. It was getting worse each day. No amount of foam rolling or stretching was helping. However, after a few sessions, I'm happy to say that I'm pain-free! Steve is a brilliant physiotherapist. He's very knowledgeable and thorough in his analysis. It turns out that the source of my pain was a restricted SI joint. I know this because Steve is also very good at explaining the cause of the problem. The pain was more manageable after the first session. I was prescribed stretches which further relieved it. With each session, I got much better until we were both happy with my condition. It is such a relief to be able to sit down without worrying about pain anymore! Overall I'm very satisfied with the quality of service I've received. I can wholeheartedly recommend BPC to anyone.

This is physiotherapy at a new level, a centre of excellence for all Physiotherapy , Multiple types of treatment , plus physical therapy, exercises, gym, classes,. It’s fully equipped with its own MRI, medical aids and staff In a very friendly and genuine service - highly recommended. If you really want the best to heal your body and at a reasonable value, this centre has to be the one for you.. There is nowhere in Dorset that matches the level of expertise and facilities . If you want to spread your treatment costs, you have the ability to have one of three packages all of which offer discounts up to 40% off, to cover your agreed treatment plan, of course if you need more treatment, a top up or extended anyway you just need to discuss whether you need to change your package or pay as you go. Those on referrals or insurance back packages of course will be covered under their Individual policy cover Lovely big car park at the rear of the building. I cannot recommend this place enough, superb in every way. Today’s treatment is tomorrow’s health. This is something that Lyfe Health has given me. Thank you.

Had physio sessions with Daniel Hobell following an elbow dislocation in June 2020. Very friendly and professional. Outstanding service. Just 2 visits increased my range of motion by around 20 degrees with massages and appropriate pressure application. I have full range now and following advised strengthening exercises am back to my normal life. 😊 Easy to book and hassle free when claiming through private insurance.

Have visited Steve at BPC for 2 issues over the last few years; originally for a torn ACL which after several sessions of ultrasound and acupuncture, along with some basic exercises and stretches at home, made a full recovery. More recently, I have been seeing Steve for a cartilage/patellar issue - I had thought that this would require surgery to correct but Steve has been treating it with a combination of therapies. I am now pain free and looking forward to to getting back to running, which a few months ago I thought was impossible! I can't recommend BPC and specifically Steve enough; he really knows his stuff and makes the road to recovery so much easier.

Steve Trapp has helped me through a variety of injuries as well as supported me in managing ongoing neurological conditions. He is fantastically punctual, friendly, perceptive and knowledgable. I’ve had a combination of treatments with needles, manipulation, ultrasound and always suitably prescribed exercises depending on the areas that need more focus. I recommend him so highly that I referred my father to him! He has a holistic perspective that enables him to reinforce the multidisciplinary tools I learnt at the NHS pain clinic course.

I can't recommend this clinic highly enough! I had a series of weekly sessions with Natalie after a whiplash accident last year. She was absolutely brilliant and very knowledgeable, she restored my confidence in my body and helped me regain my movement. I felt supported throughout my recovery and she gave me a lot of great information and exercises for the future too.
