I found Home Physio Company on a search of the internet while looking for someone to help my mum after her stroke. Stephanie came out to see my mum, she was so friendly and put my mum at easy right from the beginning. Stephanie is always happy and pleasant,nothing is ever too much trouble, she has helped my mum so much not with just getting her up and walking but with tips and advice. I''m so glad I found this company, I highly recommend them.

I've had a trapped nerve for 4 years, overnight I lost the ability to walk, A & E at 7am, 10 days later home after L4 & L5 operation, then It's a case of physio, somehow my sister got hold of Sussex Home physio, the rest is history, I went from zimmer frame, crutches, two walking sticks & then 1 stick, Within 8 weeks I was walking unaided, yes a lot of determination on my part, but without the help & advice of Stephanie Dowd, who I am so grateful to, I would still be struggling, it's been a slow process but today I have walked two & a half miles with my dog.
