I never thought I'd look forward to physio so much!
Paul diagnosed a bizarre injury after a half marathon, gave solid advice and excellent treatment which helped me heal quickly and got me back on my feet. I felt like he was with me all the way with the injury.
The bonus was that he also identified the reason I got injured and worked on improving my running technique, which I hadn't expected. I learned so much and had a laugh along the way.
I would not hesitate to go back if needed. Thanks so much, Paul!

I went to physio & after being recommended by a Personal Trainer. As a fairly anxious person I was hesitant to visit a physio but I was so wrong - and its unlike me admit that. Over the course of working with Paul I received 5 star service in a clean, comfortable environment.
I cannot recommend Physio & enough! Thank you Paul :)

I cannot express how delighted I am with the rehabilitation I have received from Paul over the past 6 months. This was for a knee injury that I thought would never heal. I am so grateful to Paul for assisting with my treatment and although I am not 100% there, I feel incredibly confident I will achieve compete recovery.

I can't thank Paul enough for getting me back on track with my marathon goal. He gave me sound advice and effective exercises to do which got me over the finish line pain free, just 8 weeks after I pushed it too hard in training. Would highly recommend!

After hurting my leg following a half marathon Paul helped me to recover and improve my running style in preparation for a marathon, which I have just completed. Paul worked with me, understood my challenges and really helped me.

Paul has been exceptional. He has ensured in every session that I received the support I needed. He has a wealth of knowledge and explains and demonstrates everything very clearly. I experienced a genuine sense of commitment from him to understand what I needed personally with regard to my injury, out of which followed a realistic step by step tailored programme enabling me to take away what I had to do for myself and how to progress at each stage. He is welcoming and friendly, reasonably priced and very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I was recommended to Paul by a friend after having had double meniscus surgery and struggling to get back to tennis fitness. Paul could not have been more supportive or helpful and devised a programme for me to build strength and stability that has helped me make huge progress in achieving my goals. I look forward to my sessions with Paul and would recommend him without hesitation.

Following a long standing running injury I had somewhat ignored, Paul at Physio& had me back in the saddle so much quicker than I had expected. He took time to examine me and then explain where the discomfort was really coming from and how it had occurred. This was so helpful in understanding what the rehabilitation exercises would do for me in getting me back up and active. Paul is personable and supportive and I felt that I was in experienced and supportive hands at all times. Having the gym on the doorstep was great in practising the exercises I would then need to do on my own. This was a completely different physio experience, one in which I felt really involved and cared about. Paul also said early on he would only see me for as many sessions as necessary and so I trusted him from the off.

I had been struggling with knee pain for some time and it prevented me from training properly. After months of hoping it would just get better I decided to seek advice from Paul. After the first appointment I felt very confident Paul was the right person to help. He carried out a very comprehensive assessment and explained things clearly to me. The exercises he gave me were not too overwhelming and the gym space gave me the chance for him to check I was doing them correctly before I left. From week to week there was a clear plan and structure to my treatment, including assessment of my running technique to try and stop the problem recurring. Paul clearly knows what he is doing, I trusted his advice completely and within a few weeks I'm back training pain free (I just wish I'd gone sooner!)

Started seeing Paul after about 5 months off running due to a hip injury. He diagnosed and set me on the road to recovery, with clear advice and guidance on how to get it back to strength. Now I am fully recovered, running again and so so pleased- I had nearly given up hope that it would go back to normal before seeing him! Great experience, would definitely recommend :)

In three months, Paul helped me progress from limping, due to a glute injury and poor hip mobility, to being in the best shape I've been in years. From the beginning it was clear that recovery wasn't the only goal, but preventing further injuries thanks to more strength and mobility. Now I can keep up on the padel and tennis courts with players decades younger than me.

You are in safe and experienced hands with Paul. He has repaired my swimming related rotator cuff issue methodically and progressively. His in-depth knowledge of muscle mechanics and strength and conditioning has made my re-hab process an interesting period of learning as well as being effective!

Paul has helped me the last few months after hip surgery and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Thanks to his expert knowledge and way he easily explains complicated concepts I have rehabbed far quicker than I could ever imagined. Highly recommended!

I cannot recommend enough the excellent service and treatment received from Paul.
Treatment was started for a hip impingement which was causing me pain and discomfort, after a thorough assessment of my mobility and posture we started a series of exercises to address the problem and after a number of sessions the pain is under control and I have greatly improved my mobility.
Wish I had discovered this years ago, thanks Paul.

I highly recommend that anyone needing a Physiotherapist look no further than Paul at Physio&.
After some running aches and pains, he diagnosed the source of the issues through his a really impressive understanding of the way the body works. He soon put me on the road to recovery through physio and strength-building exercises, helping me back to even better than full strength.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Paul is a brilliant physiotherapist and one of the best I have come across. He started treating me a short while ago for problems with my shoulder, back and posture. His treatment and exercises have helped tremendously and I am feeling so much better. I have had help with posture before from other physio's in the Brighton area and he is the only one who seems to have made a significant difference and in a very short space of time. I can't recommend him more highly.

If you want a lovely physio who really knows his stuff, this is the physio for you. Paul is the first physio to correctly dialogise by condition (where other physios have failed to in the past) and give clear and realistic details on how the plan to recovery would work. After a handful of sessions I am well on my way to recovery. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended, excellent treatment and Paul taught me some great stretches which have been really useful.

I arrived for my first session with Paul with a long recurring niggle. It was my ankle ligament instead of the calf this time, but it always been my lower left side that breaks down eventually. As well as fixing the immediate problem, Paul has helped me get to the root cause. His bigger-picture approach to treatment has built-in biomechanical growth to enhance my training regime and reach my goals.

Fantastic physio. Professional and personable, Paul has delivered consistently excellent results in my sessions with him and he also provides support over email when needed. Highly recommended.

I was struggling with a bad back problem and after a scan thought I needed surgery. However a couple of months later Paul has worked wonders on me - I no longer need surgery and only last week I have resumed some light running after 6 months of not been able to. Highly recommend Paul

I can’t recommend Paul highly enough. He fixed a shoulder issue that had been bothering me for two years, carried out a thorough analysis of how I use the joint and provided guidance on how to avoid aggravating it in future. Very happy with the result!

I had an ongoing shoulder problem for a year and a half. It took Paul no time at all to work out the problem and set me on the road to recovery. I would highly recommend physio&
