I highly recommend Bryony, initially I went to see her in prep for a rugby tournament about a persistent ankle injury that had been bothering me for a while. The treatment and program that she put together for me was fantastic and I was quickly noticing the improvement. Unfortunately 2 weeks before my competition I tore my hamstring, but Bryony once again came to my rescue and was able to fit me in for a bunch of sessions to allow me to still compete. (Even seeing me on her day off!) her knowledge and skills really showed, the treatments I had, got me playing at a higher level much quicker than I ever expected and the programs she put together for me not only helped me recover but have also helped prevent more injuries

Super happy with Bryony at Body Logic, I had a recurring shoulder injury from playing to much cricket, after a number of sessions the movement and strength in my shoulder was back to my younger days! Bryony is an exceptional physiotherapist. The attention to detail and sport specific choice of therapy has helped keep my body performing. I am a seasoned runner and during a race injured my Achilles later diagnosed as Tedinopathy. I contacted Bryony for help with the injury. I was impressed by her professionalism and helpfulness that she would work with me and get me back running again. Hands on treatment, including dry needling as well as devising an effective exercise programme produced effective results for me and I have resumed running. Would highly recommend. I'm not someone that usually gets physio and usually lives through the pain of an injury. At the start of Jan something happened in my leg and walking became painful. Bryony helped me sort it within about 3 sessions. If you want someone who knows what there doing, doesn't waste time and is easy to chat to. Bryony at body logic is probably the one for you.

I honestly can't recommend Bryony enough! I love that she looks at the body as a whole, to find what the real cause of the pain is. She's been treating me for the past 8 months and the progress I've seen is huge! I can dance again without back pain (I slipped a disc) and I'm the strongest I've ever been where she has made sure my whole body is working as it should be. She is really knowledgeable and can explain what we are doing and the reason why. Highly highly recommend Bryony for sports therapy or massage.

I first saw Bryony to treat a knee injury. I was so impressed by the results that she now treats me regularly for a previous, ongoing neck problem. After putting my back out due to a long issue with my hips (having a baby, not running for a year and then running 100k in one month, not recommend) I went to see Bryony. I couldn’t even sit down or get out of bed on my own at the time and I felt awful mentally and physically. After a few weeks things started to ease off and 2 months in I’m able to run again which feels incredible. It’s not a quick fix, you need to keep the exercises as part of your daily/weekly routine moving forward but it’s totally worth it. Bryony is lovely to work with and so knowledgeable and I can’t recommend her enough! Thank you!

Expert evaluation, professional and customized rehab program - recommend highly! I had terrible shoulder pain and it was negatively impacting my workouts and sleep. After one session at Body Logic, she pinpointed my injury and started a rehab program that consisted of super quick stretching and easy movements regularly. Having experienced lasting metatarsal pain during running and high impact exercise for 3 months, I went to Bryony on the recommendation of a friend. She took a full body approach to treating my injury. She assessed how my muscle groups ‘switched on’ when loaded and identified the weaknesses that had led to my injury. Rather than treating an injury in isolation like other physiotherapists I have seen in the past, Bryony takes a different approach, addressing the root cause and strengthening any muscle weaknesses so that it doesn’t happen again. With her help, my injury improved over the course of several weeks and I felt fully supported throughout. I now incorporate her exercises into my warm up routine before every run. Bryony truly has knowledge and expertise beyond her years. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
