Great set up. I had my consultation and sports massage with Gary. He is very polite and professional. He took the time to hear what I had to say about my injury and then gave his professional ideas, comments and knowledge on the topic after carefully listening. I was made to feel at ease from start to finish. At the end of session, Gary also took the time to educate me on what he could see. And also share his professional opinion on what options were available to me moving forward from thereafter. He also gave me useful tips to use at home. I found it very confirmative and informative. I would highly recommend.

I went two times to this physio, and I have to say that it is such a great experience to solve any back problems. The staff boy (Tom) is a lovely young boy very very patient and helpful. Where do I start? First of all a big thank you, the level of professionalism shown today has been exceptional. Gary was absolutely amazing, what a guy to talk to, friendly and respectful. If you are in any kind of pain go here! Went for a deep tissue massage on Monday as my lower back/hip felt tight. It’s now Wednesday and whilst I’m still sore from the massage (Gary did warn me of this) it’s in a good way. I can move so much easier & I can actually touch my toes again, something I haven’t been able to do for along time! Gary was a little sweet heart & made me feel instantly at ease, he listened to me when I told him where my pain was & concentrated on those points. Once he finished he didn’t try and sell me anymore treatments which is something that puts me off places that try & upsell. Would 100% recommend!!
