Reviews of Nailsea Physio Ltd

Highly recommend!! I had back and hip issues so I booked a consultation as I live locally. After 6 sessions which involve some acupuncture and massage I'm much improved, have better mobility and feel less pain. The exercises you need to do at home are set up on an app so very easy to follow

Really delighted to have such a good quality physio practice in Nailsea. Emma is always so flexible - aiming to fit the treatment around your lifestyle and availability. I would highly recommend Nailsea Physio.

Quality and friendly enterprise, in the processing of helping me with ongoing knee issues and definitely making a difference. All exercises are given on an app so they can be tracked between appointments as well as lots of other different recovery methods.

On my very first appointment it was immediately apparent to me that Emma is a highly skilled and knowledgeable physiotherapist. She clearly explained the issue affecting my hip, the exercises she set are detailed in an email with videos so …

I have been going to Emma for a couple of years now. Not only is she very experienced as a physio but she is personable, positive and has great empathy. She is far more impressive than any physio I have used before

When I was researching local physios, on the website for nailsea physio there was a line about them going above and beyond others. I was skeptical when I first read that, but they've proved me wrong!! I was initially assessed by Emma who actually listened to me, and have since seen Nicola a few times - sessions with her have quickly become the highlight of my week!
Have already recommended this place to all of my friends; so glad to have found it 😊

Emma at Tri Physiotherapy has been my absolute physio of choice on a massive journey in my life. Recovery from being in a wheelchair and unable to walk, to becoming a world-record breaker rower. I'm bowled over by the amount of training she has and reading she's done. Her abilities as a physio are a step change above any other physio I've tried (and I've tried a fair few). I would highly recommend her.

Emma is hands-down the best sports physio I have ever worked with. As an ultra-runner I suffer from my share of running-related issues, especially in my early days as a new runner where I had a number of foot, lower back and gait-related issues. Emma has successfully treated all of them. I now live in the US but would go as far as to travel back to Bristol to visit her!

As I cyclist staying injury free is incredible important, although it is a low impact sport you can be on the bike 6-7 days a week and your body is put under a lot of stress from being in one position all day . Emma has been working with me for 2 years now and she has been able help me recover from injuries that have been caused from biomechanical related issues in bike positioning (etc) which have led to pain in the knees.
However each time Emma has been able to diagnose where the issue('s) have been coming from and set a me a specific plan to over come the injuries , for example strength and conditioning or specific exercises or stretches..
She has an incredible knowledge , with a vast variety of years in the sporting world. Emma is an honest hard working physio who also finds time to chase her own dreams whilst making others possible!
I am currently living in France as a full time cyclist and all the lessons Emma has taught me I implecate into my daily routine to help stay injury free.
**Highly recommended**

Emma is the best Physio in Bristol hands down! I trust her advice and i wouldn't have anyone else work on my legs then her. From having 8 operations to re build my knee now to running ultra marathons monthly i trust her advice and judgement and training advice. i recommend her 100%
