Absolutely superb. After struggling with a knee injury for months, I made the decision to get in touch with Jethro at Trident, and my only regret is that I didn't do this sooner! He is incredibly knowledgeable and a true professional. He is enthusiastic, passionate, has a can-do attitude and is very approachable. He makes thorough, well considered assessments and comes up with an effective, individualised management plan which he tweaks and develops each time I see him. The training sheet and YouTube videos supplied are of excellent quality, and I'm seeing some great results after only a few sessions. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic physio. Helped build me back up after injuring my knee. Made everything really accessible and suited my goals meaning I was back competing within 12 weeks. Jethro and the team were always there to answer my questions and giving me tips to help with my recovery along the way. Alongside this they also helped me build strength to prevent injuries happening again, consiquently making me a better athelete pushing me past where i was pre-injury. Jethro is hands down the best physio I've seen in over nearly 20 years of seeing physios for rugby, basketball, football and watersports injuries for my shoulders, knee and back.
