Just had my first deep tissue sports massage by Sebastian to focus on my shoulder and lower back. He's a top lad and knew straight away what area needed work. Quick consultant and thorough massage. I rebooked straight away for 2 weeks time. Easy booking online on on the phone. Best sports massage I've had. I'd recommend

Referred by Bupa for the service of some physio and was appointed Elite therapy and physio Seb Johnson. Seb is very easy going but also very Knowledgeable and took the time to explain and take care of my lower and upper back issue with a combination approach. After 9 sessions with him, managed to address all the pain and was good to go pain free. Can’t recommend Seb and the team enough.

Cannot recommend highly enough! Seb was brilliant. After struggling serevely with pregnancy related sciatica, and barely able to walk. I visited Elite, after the first session my pain was reduced by half and was a lot more mobile and manageable. Following the second visit, sciatica has completely gone!! So relieved. Physiotherapy was really helpful wasn't sure what to expect with pregnancy related back pain but some helpful treatment. Started attending pilates of an evening here too and again very accommodating of the bump! :-) would recommend to ladies with similar discomfort.

Treated myself for my birthday had an appointment at 1.30 didn't start until 1.35 and was finished but 1.55 so only had 20 minutes when I paid for 30 live and learn!
