k. w.My shoulder injury/issue, as a result of swimming, was identified quickly and is improving all the time. I have increased my speed and feel so much better. Loren is exceptional; very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. She also makes you feel at ease. The app is extremely useful as you can track your completion of the strengthening exercises and there are video demonstrations. All in all, a really positive experience and I recommend you give them a go! 5/5 and well worth every penny. Thank you.
