Best Sports Massage I've had. Great price for the treatment I received and the staff were warm, welcoming and very interesting to talk too, whilst also being extremely informative regarding the science behind my hamstring issues. My hamstrings and Calves feel great now. Rehabilitation exercises were also provided at the end of the treatment to facilitate my recovery and aid maintenance. Would highly recommend for sports massage. I have returned since my first appointment and the treatment had been excellent.

I have been having acupuncture with Laura for the last five weeks. It was my first time trying acupuncture. I was very skeptical at first - but treatment has made me feel so much better. I can really see such a difference from when starting. I look forward to my sessions each week and leave feeling very relaxed. It has been very effective for me personally. Laura has been so friendly and approachable throughout treatment. She gives non-judgemental and friendly advice throughout which I am grateful for. I have had a miserable time with back pain - its definitely muscular not spinal with areas of my back going into spasm which are really uncomfortable. The Team at Suffolk clinic took the time to analyse this discomfort and were able to exactly target the areas and the results have been terrific. Jack is taking care of me and his methodical approach to getting to the correct trigger points has worked wonders. I still have a less frequent "maintenance" programme but have been really pleased with the care given

Have been seeing Laura for acupuncture regularly over the past few months. This lady is amazing at her job with a wealth of knowledge also very thoughtful and tbf should be a therapist she is that good. I went to the clinic with an array of issues including anxiety and a bad lifestyle through eating. Laura changed my whole concept of thinking about food and what i put in my body she helped me with my supplement intake and advised me on my food intake. I had many treatments with acupuncture and it really changed my opinionon acupuncture and also changed my life. Just go in with an open mind and see what happens Thank you Laura for all what you did it was very helpful and life changing. P

I have been attending appointments with Laura for a couple of month now, for Acupuncture Sessions. Laura is really friendly and very knowledgeable. I had my first acupuncture experience with Laura on Saturday after coming down with a kidney infection while 14 weeks and 5 days pregnant. I was really anxious to have it done as I have never had anything like this before, but Laura made me feel relaxed and settled my nerves. Laura is full of knowledge and answered any questions I had.
