I had Steroid Injection for shoulder bursitis. My experience was very good as I have never been a fan of needles but due to pain in my shoulder I decided to have the injection. I must say I only had pain in first 24 hours of taking the injections but haven’t felt any pain in my shoulder since.

Highly recommended. I saw my GP who recommended physiotherapy sessions following persistent pain in my knee, I contacted Wellbeing and Health Physio and got an appointment quickly and at a convenient time. I saw a lower limb specialist who was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took time to assess the problem, discussed with me various way of improving the condition and showed me in detail exercises I could do at home. Very positive experience from the reception lady to the specialist.

I was referred to Darren Carrott at Wellbeing and Health Physio following a broken left ankle. Unbeknownst to Darren, I had also been suffering with chronic, debilitating nerve pain on my right side, as regards which I had been, at the time of our first Consultation, seeking help not only all over Coventry but the surrounding Midlands, to no avail. Simply put, I had started to give up all hope. Darren has not only helped me progress with my ankle but has worked steadily with a curiosity and integrity I have not experienced, towards ultimately freeing me of my nerve pain. He is the first medical professional I have come across for as long as I can remember in whom I truly believe I can place my trust and faith. He is a consummate professional who communicates with absolute clarity while maintaining a caring and empathic manner - qualities which, in my experience, are now extremely rare. My experience of the greater "team" has also been second to none. In Sharon, on reception, you could not wish for a more supportive and understanding point of contact, the "human touch" is never forgotten and, refreshingly, nothing is ever a problem. Furthermore, they all own a very real understanding of the "life" complications, and a true sensitivity to the difficulties, which accompany injury and pain. In sum, I would recommend Darren and the team at Wellbeing and Health, without reservation, and in the highest possible terms.

An amazing physiotherapist practice, run by some of the nicest people you could ever wish to meet. I was look aftered by Physiotherapist Darren Carrott who I found to be extremely professional, kind, caring and helpful. Darren is a true professional who has immense knowledge and experience in the Physiotherapist field. He knew exactly what treatment I needed for my injury, and it was so reassuring to know that I was in good hands. I have been using this practice regularly and if it wasn't for Darren and the Health and Wellbeing team, then my back would have never healed. I have now made a full recovery and am back to 100% all thanks to them. Ive used alot of Physiotherapy practices around the West Midlands, and I have to say Health and Wellbeing are head and shoulders above anyone else. They really cared about me and helped me through a tough stage in my life. Excellent physiotherapy based in central Rugby. I have been working with Darren over the past couple of months on rehabilitating my knee after suffering a tibial plateau fracture in early 2019.
