I came to the body therapist for a posture correction treatment as I don’t have any physical injuries but seating in front of laptop all day has significantly impacted my shoulders, neck and overall posture. Started to exercise recently so some days I feel very stiff too. He explained well the procedure, assessed my posture and then started the treatment, always explaining the methods and why he was doing it. I felt the result instantly! As I stood up, felt lighter and all the tense shoulders were gone! Felt like i was released from carrying weights on my back. Cannot recommend the body therapist enough!!

I went to see Abdul today after 12 years of gruelling back pain from my 1st pregnancy. I can honestly say I've never felt relief like I have today. For the first time I was able to stand straight without being in pain. Abdul was friendly and very informative after my assessment and what treatment would be best for me. He did a posture correction, loosened my right hip joint as it wasn't very mobile and also popped a rib back into place. Thankyou for helping me Abdul, I highly recommend him to anyone

AMAZING!! honestly absolutely amazing. Misplaced my rib and was in serious serious pain. In one session Abdul managed to put my rib back into place and relief me from the pain. Abdul came highly recommended to me. I had experienced many years of tightness in my neck and lower back areas and Abdul through his various techniques managed to manipulate both areas that I had issues with. My neck had quite a bad impingement and following a 20 minute session on my neck Abdul managed to free up the problem and it felt amazing almost immediately and the movement in my neck area has massively improved. I also suffered from a dull ache in my lower back and hip areas again Abdul spent around 20 minutes manipulating the area and again the results in terms of feeling and mobility were almost instantaneous. I can only speak from personal experience but I can confidently say what Abdul has done in less than an hour made more difference than my many years of sports massages and other treatments. I feel absolutely amazing and moving freer than I have in many a year! I would highly recommend Abdul services to anyone suffering with similar issues. Great experience! Came to see Abdul on 14th Jan regarding tension in my left shoulder and tricep as well as general tightness in the upper back area from training. Spent 45 mins working away on my body with a multitude of techniques from a massage gun, graston therapy and osteopathic adjustments. Almost instantly after the session I was feeling much more relaxed, and after training at the gym today, felt 0 discomfort when doing any chest/ shoulder exercises. I would definitely recommend to anyone that has any niggling injuries/ postural issues/ general discomforts. Definitely consulted me about my issues fantastically and addressed them in the best possible way.

I had very restricted shoulders that were curved forwards. I had been to hundreds of sessions in the past with other chiropractors and other so called medical professionals. I was expecting my session with Abdul to be like one of these, expecting to embark on yet another program of regular sessions where I end up lining the pockets of these “professionals” with questionable benefits to me. But no, after only 45 mins, Abdul’s hands did what no other hands had done before - to make a very visible and measurable improvement that is still in place. Real results. And Abdul was true to his philosophy of wanting to fix the issue permanently in the minimum number of sessions. And a bonus - Abdul did not waste my valuable time taking endless boring clinical notes first, he just got on with it. I’ll be booking more sessions to deal with all my other issues from head to toe.

Every step of the process carried out on me was carefully explained so i was educated on what was happening to my body. Also, the gentleman who carried out the process gave me that brotherly feeling. Felt like I knew him for ages. My back feels so much better now. Generally body therapists tell u to come back after a few weeks/months so they can take your money but The bodytherapist are unique in the fact their morales are extremely praiseworthy and they want to look out for their customers. A regular with Abdul as I have ongoing lower back pain issues, sciatica and general muscle tension around the upper body. Abdul has helped with releasing a lot of the build up around the neck and shoulder region as well as loosening up stiffness. Using the graston blades, he successfully removed unknown shoulder problems within the space of 10 minutes! Definitely recommend visiting the Body Therapist to help with those aches and pains, and also to re-align your posture.

i have been suffering with back pains for the past few weeks after an injury at the gym. i went to abdul and he took care of me! he relieved all the tension around my neck and shoulders by using the graston blades. He also realigned my posture by deep massage, stretches and cracking. i highly recommend!! 10/10
