Reviews of Edinburgh Balance Clinic

Having had dizziness for a few weeks now and no one explaining why it was happening, I went to see Dill as the last hope. She listened to my symptoms carefully, and made me feel like I was being heard. She made a very clearly explained exercise plan for my vestibular neuritis and also explained the causes very well. She also made a plan for my anxiety issues and picked up on minor things which I would have never noticed. I would highly recommend Dill!

I went to Dill after 3 months of experiencing a motion type feeling 24/7. I couldn't drive and got dizzy in crowds of people. Dill did exercises to figure out I had "vestibular occular reflex dysfunction" and provided me with a few at home exercises. Happy to say after only a few weeks of these simple exercises I felt back to normal. Highly recommend.

Dill helped me recover my balance after getting vestibular neuritis and BPPV. She explained my issue so well and even lead me through BPPV fixes over the phone after an episode! After being off work for 9 weeks the dizziness and anxiety is finally getting under control, and I'm getting back to normal life.

I had vestibular problems and vertigo after an ear operation and a friend, who is a physiotherapist recommended Dill. At the time I was very dizzy, couldn’t go into shops or drive. Dill explained what was wrong and gave me exercises to do and did manoeuvres which helped my balance.
Thanks to Dill I can now drive again and my confidence is back. Would highly recommend her.

I suffered a brain haemorrhage back in 95 and one of the things I was left with was a level of balance which was far from perfect ! I thought this was due to my experience and not going to improve . As expected it worsens over the years and I started using a stick more and more .
I gave Dill a call more out of hope than expectation and was amazed with the results !
The stick has gone and I’m walking as I did years ago . Life seems so much better . I don’t worry about where I’m going and my confidence has improved hugely !
Couldn’t recommend Dill highly enough for her skill and Knowledge . If you’ve given up hope of improvement and you only see a downward spiral . Give her a call !

I contacted Dill as I was feeling anxious about symptoms of possible BPPV. She phoned me the same day and actually squeezed me in for an appointment that afternoon. She provided a thorough assessment and gave me appropriate treatment that day. I am very grateful to her and would highly recommend her for any dizzy issues.

Dill came highly recommended from our regular physio to help my son’s dizziness. He was off school for nearly a month and missed his Full time football training. The analysis, advice and follow up support was outstanding. It gave him the practical support and encouragement to make rapid recovery. Peter and family.

I had a mild stroke and I lost my balance , I couldn’t walk straight and was all over the place. I had several appointments with Dill and she worked magic. I am now completely recovered and am walking normally.

Dill treated me when I had a complex case of BPPV.
She was fantastic she put my mind at ease and gave me the confidence that she was going to get me back on my feet again which she did. If I ever get this condition again Dill will be the first person I call.

Dill listened to every aspect of my dizziness/lightheadedness symptoms and created a thorough custom plan full of exercises and recommendations to aid my recovery. All explained perfectly. Extremely attentive and helpful. Thanks Dill!
