Completed the Clinical Strength Training Course. As a masters Physiotherapy student, i felt this course was perfect to aid in course work and develop my knowledge further than what had been provided at uni.
Ross was incredibly knowledgeable and had a knack of presenting the information in a way that i will remember easily.
It was an evidence-based course with up-to-date information, plenty of chances to ask questions and packed with useful material.
Highly recommend to other students!

I have just completed the 4-week Clinical Strength Training course at HBS. This course was extremely valuable in terms of knowledge gained and perhaps more importantly how to apply this knowledge in a clinical setting.
The classes were professionally delivered and extremely informative incorporating evidence based research. We also had 'homework', which consisted of a brief quiz on the main elements of that days class and a training program which we could fill in to practice the movements.
Overall, this course offers a ton of valuable information. Highly recommended!!

The Clinical Strength Training Workshop, led by Ross, was an eye opener.
Ross did a wonderful job presenting in depth information about the principles of clinical strength training in a comprehensible and applicable way.
I genuinely enjoyed the practical part of the workshop, where we were taught how to regulate and adapt movement according to the person’s needs by using the Fundamental Movement Checklist (a brilliant checklist created by the HBS team, which we had an access as part of the course).
As a Physical activity, health, and well-being graduate I would highly recommend this course to students who are interested in expanding their knowledge of strength training, and more importantly learn how to apply it to different population groups.

I have recently attended a fitness course Fundamentals of Strength Training with Ross and Yasmin. The content and delivery was excellent, I was really enjoying it and learned a lot. I would recommend to anyone interested in the subject and profession.

Excellent S&C Course that enhanced greatly both my theoretical and practical knowledge. What you want from a host for these events is someone with knowledge and enthusiasm for what they are imparting and this was obvious from the start. Would particularly recommend this for anyone in the Rehab world as its is rehab gold!
