I have absolutely loved going to postnatal barre and Pilates since having my first baby. I wasn’t much of a Pilates or barre goer before, but I am so pleased to have gotten into it, and I feel so much better for it. Really friendly classes With helpful, friendly, motivational instructors - I couldn’t recommend enough.

Pilates plus is a great service. Since doing Pilates I have not had an issue with my back and seen a significant improvement in my athletic ability. The physio support is fantastic. The physios are all extremely educated and friendly. The programmes are specific to you so you can rehab as quickly as possible. My work is dynamic and I have received a Professional and flexible service which means I go back to them whenever I need help with my injuries or Pilates. I could not recommend enough!

I would highly recommend Pilates Plus Physio. Their physiotherapists are very knowledgeable and skilled. A very professional service. Their physios have been treated me for many sporting injuries over the years and always got me back on the field quickly.

I have been going to the Pilates classes for a couple of years now and would thoroughly recommend them. They are taken by Physiotharapists who explain the exercises clearly and keep a close eye on everyone for correct posture , position etc. The classes are fun and seem to keep all the old joints working. I have been to a completely different type of Pilates class in the past, no comparison!

After suffering from pelvic pain in my second pregnancy (and still only halfway there!) I booked a physio appt with Becca and after only 24 hours I feel so much better! It was a really thorough appt and I have exercises and an app recommendation to get going with to help over the next few months. Big fan of this team of experts. Started out doing post natal Pilates to cardio Pilates, Bootcamps, Barre and Ante-natal - all fantastic and instructors of such a high standard. Physio helped out my running too - a great business!

I received treatment for a sore knee which was causing me constant pain. The physiotherapist was really knowledgeable and gave me excellent care. My knee healed very quickly and I was given 'homework' to stop it reoccurring. Would definitely recommend this clinic.

I saw Becca for a postnatal physio appointment and came away with a real spring in my step! It was such a relief to have someone show such genuine and specific interest in the issues I've been experiencing with my body since having a baby. I was very impressed by how detailed Becca's questions were and it was so helpful to be able to go away with focussed and tailored exercises to improve the areas of tightness. Becca has a really gentle, reassuring and supportive manner which made a huge different at a time which can feel full of uncertainty and vulnerability. I would highly recommend PhysioPlus as a positive experiene for any woman who is uncertain about new or different sensations in their body after childbirth.
