I have been getting work done by Rebecca for quite a few sessions now for general back pain and a little physio. She is great at explaining what I need to do clearly with a plan set in place concisely. I always feel better after each appointment and will continue to attend.

After initially calling in desperate need for an appointment I got a call back from Rebecca with a cancellation appt!! Amazing start!! When I arrived she did a full and thorough check over my shoulder, told me exactly what was wrong and how to help it. Started some treatment on it and emailed me an exercise programme. An overall amazing experience after being let down with my gp beforehand. Got the next review appointment set up and cannot rate Rebecca highly enough!! An absolute hero helping me out!!

I had an hours sports massage by Rebecca yesterday and I must say it was amazing. I felt the tension releasing from my back and shoulders as she was doing it. On the way home driving the car I could feel my back muscles throbbing in a good way and today in the gym I felt much more relaxed lifting weights. If like me you lead an active lifestyle I would highly recommend booking in and rewarding those muscles you're putting under strain week after week. I'm looking forward to the next booking already.

Excellent , have an ongoing bicep problem , and after just 1 appointment with rebecca felt so much better , would highly reccomend her for physio or sport massage etc for muscle tightness or pain , wouldnt go anywhere else now.

I’ve had regular treatment from the start of the year initially to help with a long term shoulder injury and it felt better and better after each session, allowing me continue my training and job as a Personal Trainer. Always great communication prior to ensure treatment is appropriate and wanted; during treatment ensuring all remains on track. I have continued to see Rebecca to aid my recover with full body massages at least monthly; and have noticed a positive change with my body and mental health. I would fully recommend as a minimum a consultation with regards any injury to get a way ahead, but if don’t have any injuries or ailments the body will always benefit from a relaxing massage.

Rebecca is (again) working wonders on a recurring trapped nerve issue that I had managed to keep at bay following her advice from my last visit a couple of years ago. Very clear and concise advice on treatment options and preventative measures. Highly recommend seeing Rebecca for Physiotherapy and Massage. My initial few sessions was for a calf problem, which was quickly treated and got me back training feeling good. Since then Rebecca has managed to treat my 8 year old shoulder injury by breaking up and clearing scar tissue. I didn't think my shoulder would ever be fixed and I had to isolate it from certain training exercises due to the pain. Now my shoulder is back to full rotation and strength and feeling great. I make sure I see Rebecca for regular Physiotherapy & Massage which keeps me at full training and keeps any injuries away!

I've been working with Rebecca recently on a recurring calf injury. My appointments were set at times convenient to me, outside of the normal working day (as I'm self-employed, it was pleasing not to be losing out on work to attend). During the appointments, Rebecca provided physio and clear explanations, including demonstrations, of the rehab exercises that I'd need to do. Everything was concisely explained and, with a clear route map back to fitness agreed, I was confident I'd be able to get back to the level I wanted to be at. And, so far(!), this has proven to be the case - I'm now back running at the level I was prior to the injury. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will return, should I require physio treatment again. I'll also be booking regular, preventative sports massage therapy. Thanks Rebecca!

I went to Rebecca after about 2 years of unsuccessful treatment of shin splints. I had tried other physio, stretches, icing, compression sleeves, Theragun, massage- nothing worked. Rebecca did a full assessment and managed to start reversing the pain on both shins. She was extremely knowledgeable and good at communicating what she knew about the likely problems with my injury. Eventually though therapy, acupuncture and targeting strengthening she got me to the point where I could run a 5k, skip and box pain free- things I had all but given up on. Needless to say this also benefitted my mood massively and was a new lease of life. Highly recommend

Rebecca at Active Health really validated my decision to visit a physio to address persistent foot pain caused by plantar fasciitis. After a thorough consultation, Rebecca ran me through some stretches/exercises before putting me on a program to strengthen the muscle and reduce discomfort. This has helped massively, as have our regular catch-ups during which Rebecca has identified stretches and exercises to alleviate pain stemming from a separate long-standing injury – this one to my shoulder. I've also benefitted from some massage treatment and acupuncture during our sessions. Rebecca is extremely knowledgable, easy to chat to, and very good at what she does; I can't recommend her highly enough.
