They explain everything really clearly and are easy to understand with clear, structured and bespoke exercise plans to work to. D. L.Siobhan provided excellent Physio following a knee replacement operation a couple of years ago. With her expertise, support and encouragement I was able to make a good recovery and return to my normal activities of hill walking and sailing in a matter of months. The whole process was carried out with sympathy and understanding of my individual needs although yes, sometimes it hurt! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Flex Physio to anyone looking for post-operative or any other Physio needs.

D. B.After suffering from severe lower back pain, I arranged an appointment with Mrs Barnes at Flex Physio. After 3 visits in one week, my back pain was completely gone. Mrs Barnes was excellent, explaining thoroughly her different techniques of treatment. Mrs Barnes has also treated two of my family members, one with a knee injury and one with a back injury. After receiving treatment from Mrs Barnes, they have both made a successful recovery. For ten years I was the Head Coach of a local swimming Club, where I witnessed several swimmers suffering from shoulder injury. I did not hesitate to recommend Flex Physio to them. Not only did the swimmers receive physiotherapy, but were also given specific exercises to help with their recovery. I would highly recommend Flex Physio to anyone who requires physiotherapy. They are an excellent team, offering individuals of all ages, professional help in their rehabilitation from injury.

F. J.I've seen Moyra for various injuries and ailments over the years. She is the best physiotherapist I have ever seen - considerable knowledge and experience as well as a kind and caring nature.
M. M.I have been treated twice by Moira for a long-term arm tendonopathy, after re-injuring it a second time. I was treated the first time for a pain which meant I could not even lift a kettle, let alone swim which bothered me as that is my sport. She treated it weekly with massage etc and gave me exercises on a sheet and on-line to follow. I have got better twice, and would recommend this practice as they always see you quickly, and fit you in which these days is a big plus as compared to general practice. Very pleasant and reasonable and it is reassuring to know they work in the nhs as well and are up to date. And I am back to swimming ☺️ And lifting kettles!
