I’ve had physio with Catriona at LM Therapies for a couple of different work-related aches and pains. Each time I have left feeling a lot better, and my issues fixed. It’s a welcoming, clean and quiet environment and the staff are friendly. Catriona asks about the problem in detail before giving the appropriate physio, along with follow-up exercises. Everyone working there is amazing! They listen to you, assess you and figure out what’s going on and how to fix it. I was told at 30 years old that debilitating pain in my lower back will be a permanent fixture in my life by the NHS which was an unacceptable diagnosis for an active person. After an appointment with the physio here, I was assessed and given a solution and my quality of life shot threw the roof! I also had a massage appointment where they really helped my body to properly reset and I just cannot sing both of their praises enough!! They are worth worth every £ and I trust them completely!

I've been visiting the practitioner for many years (long before LMT was set-up) and I'm sure the quality of the treatment is as good as you can get. Furthermore, the sports massage practioner (and owner) has teamed up with one of the best physios I know, especially for back concerns. They work as a team and can really help you with anything from general maintenance, high performance training objectives, and resolving painful and complex injuries. The best.

Lynne has helped me so much after just a couple of sessions, her knowledge is outstanding and she is very skilled. During an initial consultation she was able to identify my 'injury/ problem' and explain the mechanics behind it very clearly. The two subsequent treatments have begun to alleviate the problem and associated pain, and correct the compensation other muscles had been forced to make over time. Lynne has also provided guidance on how to prevent the injury getting worse and on strengthening the area going forward. Very pleased with the friendly, professional treatment.

Absolutely excellent. I had pulled my calf muscle and ended up with a very sore back and leg after ending up all stiff and out of alignment. After months of suffering I went to see Catriona who did a brilliant job of sorting me out. I've been to other physios before who just want to zap you with their high tech machines but this was brilliant hands on therapeutic treatment. I had got so down thinking I was never going to feel normal again- after every session with Catriona i felt better and I was amazed that after just a handful of visits I felt really good. I think Catriona makes a big effort to really understand what is wrong and clearly knows her stuff. Would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. 5 stars !

There simply isn't a better place to be looked after in Glasgow when you're needing rehab, injury relief, or general body maintenance. You don't just get your issues treated, both Lynne and Cat pass on loads of education from their formidable knowledge, and always reassure that whatever you walked in with is treatable and that they have a plan to deal with it. The pilates classes are brilliant - a mix of tough and relaxing, and easy to follow along. And they are just lovely people too. Don't bother looking anywhere else, they're the best in town.

I cannot say enough good things about LM Therapies, Lynn and her wonderful Team! Pre pandemic I regularly attended Lynn's Pilates classes and am so grateful to have had that excellent foundation to build on which enabled me to continue practicing Pilates at home throughout lockdown. I have a recurring SI joint issue and this has enabled me to strengthen my core and rebuild confidence in my body. It is a joy to return to weekly classes under Lynn's expert instruction in an inclusive and welcoming environment. By limiting the class size they truly are tailored to your ability while also challenging you which in turn I find really motivating.

I have been attending the Wednesday evening beginners Pilates class for the last several weeks and it has been great. Becky creates an awesome balance between basics and challenging. I was new to pilates and have found this class to be a perfect introduction to it. The class is very relaxed and welcoming with a good mix of people attending. Everyone at LM Therapies have been super friendly and welcoming. Can highly recommend coming along and giving it a go!

I started doing Pilates beginner classes about 6 months ago with Becky at LM Therapies and her classes have been helping me with my posture and strengthening my back. Becky’s calm and focused teaching has also helped me gain knowledge about my body. The studio is right in the city centre, so very easy to get to from Central or Queen St. station. They provide mats, blocks and all the other props needed for Pilates. The studio also offer sports massages and I really recommend it.

I've received treatments for various issues - mainly lower back pain (which was resolved) and now attend for regular deep tissue sports massage just to keep things in check.
